Disgusting Place to eat at i went there with my 2 little granddaughters to eat and i asked for a bacon lettuce single and what i got shook me to the core a burger with cheese that looked like it was fryed crumbled up stomped on and not to mention the crusty ketchup Im am never coming back here again disgusting behavior wendys

Absolutely disappointing, my little grandson has been waiting all week for a chicken sandwich from Wendy's but what he received what just sad. Its looks like somebody stomped the patty and threw it at the wall until it crumbled then glued it back together, and the lettuce? looks like snot that somebody blew into a tissue, Please do better. Me and my senior citizens squad won't hesitate to shut you guys down for ruining Dequan's chicken sandwich.

I used to Eat my Breakfast there since they had a 2 for $3 Menu. I asked them to Add Tomato, Onion and Lettuce and Pickle to my Sandwiches. The Manager was Rude 3 Times saying No! So I won't be Back.

Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Food was hot, fresh and tasty and the staff were friendly and attentive. Love that they have a Coke Freestyle Machine

Been years since I've been in the Wendy's. Selection is nowhere near what I remember and the quality of the food has definitely gone down.
I will give credit where credit is due. They got my order exactly right. Can't complain about that.
It was very clean & was actively being wiped down even cleaner
While my wife and I both love cheese, we do not like cheese and burgers, especially American processed cheese. So we do not like cheese on our burgers. Almost all burgers come with cheese on them now I always order without cheese about 75% of the time. It's wrong. They got it right this time.

Honestly surprised this place just keeps getting worse. You can tell the manager on shift was trying but the young lady on the front counter was ridiculous. Barely wanted to say anything, very huffy and made like she was above the place... Honey you picked to work there so do it and do it well so if your next boss walks in they would actually wanna hire you 🤦🏻‍♀️

I must say best food i ever cooked and served myself growing and and working the game but lately the.. chicken salad has been good to me. Thank you the four folks who were working the night . you all were great working your heart out to keep us all fed.

Everything was great until the cashier saw one of my food items fall on the counter and I asked to replace it and she went and acted like she did and put the same item back in my tray. She was unmotivated to be there nor pleasant. She didn't even respond to my how are you today?

So I'm Mad. Stopped by Wendys and Wanted to Surprise my Family with Breakfast. I asked them to Add Tomato, Pickles and Onions with Mustard on My Biscuit. They said, We can't do that it's against the Health Code. The Manager was Rude about it. Needless to say, I won't be Back.

The gentleman at the counter was great. I subbed chili for fries with my Spicey Chicken sandwich. Ate Chili while waiting on sandwich. Chili's was GREAT!!! Sandwich, terrible. Was like eating rubber and had to throw it away.

I am in the food business and know that if you have a complaint, it's best to go to the manager about it first. I also know when meat is not cooked thoroughly. I ate around the raw part and since I didn't get a receipt offered to bring the rest of the sandwich back as he didn't believe me over the phone. I wasn't doing this for a replacement sandwich or a refund, just wanted him to know so he could make sure it didn't happen again. I was laughed at and humiliated and will therefore never return to Bedford Wendy's. He gave me a refund and I told him it wasn't necessary. I would've been grateful someone took the time out of their day to drive back over to show him the chicken was raw in the middle, but he was very rude. Goodbye, Bedford Wendy's.

If I could give a minus I would. Made a mobile order about 3 pm. yesterday. Drove up to the speaker was told there computers were down. Pulled up to the window, to ask if I showed them my order. Could they just write it down and make sure it went through later. I was told (nasty) that I had to get away from the window it was on a timer. Was told I could not cancel it once I had put the order through. I parked pulled up the app and cancelled my order. They need customer service training and how Their app works.
