I don't know they have as their manager during the daytime now but that gentleman is running a great crew. From keeping on them for a timed hand washing to calling guest by their names for their orders he is certainly going above and beyond.

Came in for lunch with my coworkers today around noon, service was fast, personable, and friendly, food was fresh and hot, restaurant was clean and smelled nice.The manager seemed very well respected by his crew and commanded the resturaunt well. Thanks for a good visit!

If you're looking for somewhere to eat, you're better off going literally anywhere else, than to try and stop and eat here, at the Bedford Wendy's. This store is so poorly staffed they can not meet the demand of the public. Today, they stopped taking orders both drive-thru and in house orders, because they could not fulfill the orders they already had on their screens. I gave this place one last chance and will not be back after what happened today. What a shame

Really makes you wonder if there's an actual adult managing this place… I typically go at night, and the shift on duty then is just not up to par. First off, there’s this one guy who calls it “My Wendy’s” when he greets you. Staff members play fighting and screaming while you wait to pay, then you get cold food. There have been several times where he claims certain sizes are “not available” – not worth arguing over a 6 piece, I guess. But honestly, I'm thinking of not going there anymore. Thought a review was needed at this point, since it seems like everyone in Bedford knows this Wendy’s is lacking, mostly because of the staff. Is anyone actually managing this location???

Went through the drive-through. when I was telling the lady my order all she said was yeah! Yeah! Yeah ! Very rude . When I got my meal she just handed it not even a thank or anything .. very very rude.
