Terrible service. Sat 10 minutes waiting for someone to order, then waited 5 minutes to order, then waited 10 minutes behind the person in front of me to get 1 item, then 6 minutes to get my food. Perpetually out of ranch. All this with 5 employees standing around the drink machine.

Food was fresh and the restaurant was clean
Changed my rating. This place has seriously gone down hill. 2 cars in the parking lot at lunch. Food taste old and burnt. Like it was cooked 2 or 3 times to keep it warm, or leftovers from the day before. Stay away. How is the biscuit bigger than the chicken?

Clean, nice employees allot of team work

They didn’t give us fries and they laughed about it and the guy rolled his eyes don’t go here

Prices are too high for low quality food
Really poor service. We waited 20+ minutes for our food. We were only the 2nd group in the restaurant as well. Food was hot and good. Not sure what the issue was.

Felt extremely welcoming. Super family vibes all over . Minus the one chump who was out and about on his first day cursing. Easy to make a trade for some patience.
Best Bojangles around!
We were the only customers and still took super long to take our order and there was nothing ready. I’ve never had a bad experience at a bojangles ever so that’s what made me leave this review.
Ordered breakfast in app and food was ready when I arrived. They wouldn’t let me pick up from drive thru for some reason. Had to go inside to get it.
