Great food
horrible
My family and I went to rt1 location the night of the 9th and that was the best service I’ve had in a very long time! Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond for my picky son! 10/10!

small restaurant bad customer service rude cashiers when I went to order she said What you want? and instead of asking, how can I help you or what would you like to order? some food items are out of stock when I inquired about the Philly cheesesteak, they said, let me see if we have the bread and salty fries food was fresh but customer service was bad
Good burger and fries here. Interior is dirty though and old. Food came out fast. Not worth driving far away for but if I lived in the area, I'd probably visit regularly.
The food was delicious. The service was great. It’s always a great place to visit.
Great little spot for a good burger that doesn't come off an assembly line.

Staff looked unwashed, restaurant run down and dirty, food was gross.
I have eaten at this What A Burger 2 or 3 times a month for over 30 yrs. Before that I ate lunch at the one also on Jeff Davis near Bells Rd twice a wk for 15 yrs when I worked closeby. The burger & fries are always delicious, resturant is always clean & service is great, everyone is always so friendly.

One of the best burgers in the metro Richmond area. No frills. Food is cooked in front of you. My son had a grilled chicken sandwich which is the first thing other than burgers and breakfast sandwiches I have had here and of course it was delicious. Please come support this landmark so it can be around for my kids’ kids.
Nothing special about the burger. I was told they have amazing ketchup. This was not true.
