Crab cakes were heavily salted quarter-size medallions on a few pieces of spinach. Side of green beans contained sugar. Who puts sugar in green beans? All for $22. Lousy!

If you are coming from Roanoke and take 12 mile knob road, this is not for the faint of heart, but has amazing views. The food was good and plentiful, lots of desserts to choose from and reasonably priced.

This place was phenomenal. We were staying at a cain nearby for the weekend and thought we would stop in for a bite to eat. I had a BBQ chicken pizza that was amazing. My wife had a Club salad which she loved. There was live music that was really good. Would absolutely recommend.

My son and I were out for a drive and needed food. This just so happened to be the closest to us when we decided to stop. I’m so glad. The atmosphere is upscale without being pretentious. And the food is incredible. Best of all, they let us order off menu for my son, who is autistic and has difficulty finding things to eat. This place was an all around win and I can to return for a date night with my wife. It’s worth the drive. You can’t beat the view, and they have live music!!

I stopped here on the way up to Roanoke from High Point. What a beautiful, clean restaurant! It’s unlike anything I’ve seen before. Very whimsical and relaxed. Mushrooms, dark wood, stained glass windows, a church pew for seating in the waiting area, a big willow tree next door (reminded me of the songs Walkin’ After Midnight by Patsy Cline and Down in the Willow Garden), brick oven, karaoke, outback bar patio, sweet friendly folks, and just a major cottagecore aesthetic!
The food was incredible. The plain cheeseburger was simple but delicious! Seasoned well and not dripping with juice. Queso with chorizo was also yummy. It wasn’t swimming in a layer of grease. I feel the folks here make the food with love. This place makes me so happy I could cry. I’ve been telling everyone how fantastic the Treehouse Tavern is! Truly a hidden gem. Wish I could’ve stayed longer. 🥹

Went here for the first time today for lunch with my husband and it was absolutely great! We both got the bbq pork sandwich with fries and were just so happy with everything! Down to the bbq sauce and even the ranch. Great atmosphere and wonderful outdoor seating area. Our waitress said it’s perfect friendly out there which is even more appealing! What a gem right at the top of Bent Mountain!

This was my first time visiting and I was very pleased. My husband and I stopped for lunch after Church. It wasn't very busy right at opening. The atmosphere was very nice. I enjoyed the paint, plants and wood textures. I got the BBQ with the NC Vinegar and SC Mustard, both very very good. My husband got the BBQ Cuban Sandwich which was perfect. Our server was very polite, efficient and great!!

We stopped here after hiking at Bottom Creek Gorge Preserve after working up a sweat and appetite. Fantastic burger (bacon, gooey Brie and onion marmalade - yum!) - hit the spot. Decent beer selection including three non alcoholic beer choices which I appreciate. Clean restaurant, lovely patio, great service. Great spot! If we’re ever in the area again I would stop in without hesitation.

Walked in to make an order for take out and wasn’t greeted at all. Just “talk fast I got all this going on.” Yep that’s your job. The least you can do is treat your customers like you appreciate their money and not like an inconvenience. Anyway left and didn’t order anything and won’t be back.
