Food was pretty decent better than McDonald's I have to say that but could you use a little bit more dishes other than hamburgers and sandwiches needs to have more like meat and threes there !!! Price wise was good though !!!

I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but my experience was unpleasant enough that it needs to be said. The owner’s attitude is consistently rude and unprofessional — she seems to have no interest in creating a welcoming environment, which makes the entire dining experience uncomfortable and, honestly, embarrassing. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when you feel like an inconvenience just for walking through the door. To make things worse, the hours are almost never accurate. The place is often closed during posted open hours, or shuts down early without notice. It’s incredibly unreliable. For a town that thrives on small, community-focused businesses, this spot feels like a wasted opportunity — especially when so many others could use the space to actually welcome customers instead of alienating them. The food itself is equally underwhelming. Every dish tastes the same — bland, uninspired, and lacking any real flavor. It’s as if everything comes from the same base and gets reheated with no creativity or care. Between the owner’s behavior, the inconsistent hours, and the forgettable food, there’s really nothing drawing me back here. I’d much rather support places that value their customers and actually want to be open.

For the area, this was a great place to eat. We went for breakfast and I thought there were a lot of options. I have no complaints about the food.
The bacon is the very thin style, but it was nice and crispy. I believe the eggs were probably mixed up and backed in the oven. They left them plain, which allows people to season them to their liking. The waffles and pancakes were tasty and were on the thicker side.
You get plenty of food and for a good price. Service was good and great friendly staff.

Our Saturday breakfast experience was disappointing. We had anticipated this meal since its introduction, but the quality was substandard. The eggs were undercooked, seemingly not fresh, and served cold. The brown gravy was excessively thick with flour, and my husband's country chicken was undercooked, exhibiting pink in the center. The coffee creamer appeared curdled. Significant improvements are required in the preparation and presentation of breakfast items.

We love their baked chicken, cat fish, and they have the best burgers in town. Their macaroni and cheese, green beans, potato salad, and broccoli is so good. Love their homemade pies and cakes. Our kids always give us gift cards from there because we brag on their food all the time. I would recommend Country Kitchen to anyone.
