Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Will not be back. It was a disaster from the beginning and they left out a whole meal & just wanted to make excuses instead of fixing the problem.

Worst DQ I have ever been to.
Waited over 10 min in drive thru then was told to pull to side that it would be 2 more min, then waited another 20 min. Sorry, but 30 min to get FAST food is a bit much!!!

Staff doesn't seem to want to be here when I walked in I was greeted with rude looks I said my order was for here and it was packed to go fountain drink machine in lobby doesn't work and you can tell the food was just thrown together with no care what so ever do not recommend

Service is awful. Girl in the drive through clearly didn’t want to be there 11/6. Just quickly handed us our things and said “here” and walked away. You don’t expect much from fast food- but this was extra bad

Bigstone dairy queen! Worst service possible! Paid $73.00 for 2 ice cream cakes and was not what I ordered they honestly looked like a 2 year old decorated them ,the manager they have is horrible and would not fix the cakes or any type of discount , horrible service. She was very rude and disrespectful

Every employee was busy and quick to service customers. There was 4 of us and only 2 got meals. The other 2 only got ice cream. The total was 40.00. The money isn't the issue nor was it at the time. The issue was the restaurant was swarming with flies. You could not enjoy your food or conversation due to the flies. We killed 8 while we sat there. That is very unsanitary and annoying. The ladies room had no toilet paper at all, no paper towels, but more importantly the sink did not even work. No hot or cold water at all. Not a drip!!!!! I'm sure that this violates many codes and violations. Something has to be done!!!!!!!

PLEASE READ BEFORE EATING HERE! We came here for lunch and got our food which was fine, but it looked too be the managers daughter or someone came in with the whole top of her leg bandaged up and they were back there changing the bandage in the back of the restaurant. I asked for my money back and they asked why and got mad because I told them that was nasty that shouldn't be done in a restaurant! Disgusting!

Ice cream stop! Great way to end the day after an awesome day visiting extended family. Good selection of options and refreshing after a hot day.

4 of us went there to eat and the food was great but I think something must be wrong with their cooling system because they had a lot of flies and the Blizzard's were so runny and melted that the woman handing them to me said she was afraid to turn them upside down like they usually do. The taste was there but the temperature wasn't. They were almost milkshakes.

It costs $7.50 for a mediocre burger with bacon and another $4 for fries. These prices are insane for this area, not sure how anyone can afford it.
