Last time I tried to eat here they told me the dining room was closed. No sign and no locked door either! They were basically saying “get out” because they were just feeling lazy I suppose. I didn’t come in looking like I was on drugs or anything. I was just on a break from a local office job! Never going back after that reception. I feel sorry for the owners

Update:I was stupid and went back there again today because they had a good deal, but it will be my last time. I got a combo meal and I was supposed to get medium fries. They didn’t even put a small size amount in it. They just gave me just about ate fries. Freaking outrageous. They really lost a good customer. And in a very small town, you need to keep as many customers, as you can. I’m going to use my points, and then I will never buy anything from them again.Original Review:I don’t even know why I keep ordering from here. The burger that I got today I got specifically for the sauce on it and they did not put the sauce on it. Whenever I order a chicken tender basket, they never give me the honey mustard that I order, they always give me that nasty gravy, I don’t know if the people there don’t know how to make the sodas right or what, most of the time they are watered down and a couple of times they have been pure water. I got some tenders two days ago with barbecue sauce. The person drowned it with so much sauce I was sick all night. So they either put too much sauce on some thing or they don’t put it on at all.The soda that I’m drinking right now from there taste nothing like it supposed to. On the rare occasion when they do make the food correctly it is pretty decent.

I've watched your employees work in heat stroke conditions all summer and it's getting ridiculous. They're all sweaty (already gross in a restaurant setting), with cold rags on the back of their necks, trying any way to stay cool to make y'all money. Not to mention you cant buy a single ice cream that isn't already melted by the time they walk it to you. It's to the point where it's inhumane and I will be reporting this store to corporate/ OSHA and I believe everyone else reading this review should do the same. Don't allow these companies to come into our community and treat us like garbage.This store shouldn't be in operation if the owner doesn't care about the people who make them money.

They literally haven't had an order correct for me or my housemates since November 2022. They can't even get the corrections right. We will never be returning unless for just ready made ice cream.I take back any niceties I've ever said. It's bordering harassment how inaccurate they are.

This was the final straw for us when we ordered 3 ice creams and by the time we pulled up to the window they told us it just broke this is outrageous. If you all have that many issues get it fixed period ? we have decided to just take our money some where else once again this time we won't be back ever again.

Service was somewhat slow considering there was Noone in line and no other customers other than drive thru. That being said, they did seem short staffed and we're having to work both drive thru and carry out. The food was hot and fresh and all you would expect from a dairy queen.
