The cooks at huddle house in bsg need to be evaluated on reading comprehension skills. This is the 3rd mobile order messed up in the last 3 times I’ve ordered. I’ve said it before but now I truly am done. No hashbrowns at all in my 2 egg breakfast. No cheese on my hashbrowns in the omelet meal. This is theft and ignorance at its finest. This place is a joke

Food awful,service awful, lied to. Never again will I nor would I ever recommend this place. First lied to about what time they closed so I ordered and came onto get it. They were still open when I got off work unlike what they had told earlier. Anyway food was terrible,no taste whatsoever omelet and waffle taste like rubber. I was told they would remake it and have it ready at 330 when I got off work. I got there at 335 the cook said let me wate on these other customers give me about 10,15min. Ok 15min go bye cook approaches me again at table and says I have this one more big top table then I will get yours. I said I have a 45min drive ahead no I'm not waiting another 10,15,or 20min. Cook continues to tell me he didn't know until I walked in but yet still continued making food for others while not worrying about mine. They kept my receipt this morning after telling me they could not refund my money. I will be calling corporate tomorrow.

When we arrive and walked in employees greeted us that was nice and the server came to our table and got our drinks and got our order and her name was Brittany and she repeated our order to us to make sure everything was correct and the cook did a great job and her name was Vickie my wife was very happy that the restrooms were very clean we had an amazing time here and we definitely will be back here when we come back through town great job to everyone they were great to us.

The store was very clean you could eat off the floor and the food was amazing Vickie our cook took every detail of our order into account and made everything perfectly and she treated my families food as if she was cooking for her own family. If you are looking for a family friendly place to go out for a family day big stone gap huddle house is the place to go I highly recommend trying the MVP breakfast platter. But if you want the best experience like I got make sure Vickie is your cook.

Went to eat out at the huddle house I have to give a 10/10 experience Vickie made sure everything was to our liking was very polite and amazing customer service thank you you made sure everything was cooked perfectly I absolutely loved the fact that you came out to check and make sure everything was to our liking. Will always be happy to take a seat and order some food if Vickie is out cook because then I know we will be well taken care of. Also the store was in amazing condition so clean and well taken care of. Looking for a great place to go eat with your family Huddle house is your place especially when Vickie is your cook.
