Sunday my family eats at Huddle house after church they are very friendly, and a well known atmosphere. If your in the area visiting stop by and enjoy the service.

I just called huddle house in big stone gap va (12/8/2024 @ 9:50 a.m.) and was told they do not accept orders over the phone on weekends. After going through the website I can not find that stated anywhere. This used to be one of my favorite places in BSG but in the last year or so it's just gotten trashy. I won't go back and I'll do all I can to ensure nobody else goes.

The restaurant was closing at 10 pm. We got there at about 9:40 pm. We waited for 5 minutes before the lady came out and said she couldn’t take our orders because they were closing at 10 pm. We got up & left. We looked back in & she was taking the order for some people that came in after us!! That is very unacceptable!!! I rate this place the lowest score possible!!!

We come here, at this time every year, and this is the worst experience I have ever had. The server said her name was China and this was at 930pm on November 27th 2024. There was 8 of us, and yes it was almost closing time (10) but she didn’t have to be so rude stating, “nope this is not happening and I’m not taking any more orders after 945” to another customer, then went to the back and stayed until 945, comes back and says, y’all just goin to have to take it Togo. If she would have been nice about it we had no problem taking it back to the hotel but she was very rude. And then after saying she not taking any orders she went to the next table of 4 people, and took there order. After goin to get food somewhere else and coming back to our hotel, we see after they are closed the other table is setting there eating so it must have been her friends or family. Very rude and not how to treat people. Pic showing regular operations proceeded after we had to leave.

Not sure how they are doing it, but, just stopped for breakfast at the Huddle House!! Only 2 people working the entire restaurant! Those ladies knocked it out of the park! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely a pleasure to be customers for 5 days of our visit. Brittney our waitperson, and Antoin the cook did an outstanding job. Brittney is a whirlwind! We never had to wait for a refill. She can really take care of her customers even when it is slammed full! Breakfast bowls are not mentioned in the recommendations, but I highly recommend them!

Good food prepared to order and served by friendly and efficient servers, especially Britany. This will be our place for breakfast when we are in the Big Stone Gap area.
With maybe eight people in the restaurant, it took about 10 minutes for anyone to come take our drink order. She then went and bussed a table, one of a dozen that were dirty, before returning with our drinks and taking our order. We left after waiting 40 minutes and the waitress not returning to check on us or give us an update on our order. There were only five people there when we left, including a couple who was there when we arrived and was still waiting on their food. We won't be back anytime soon.

Chinna took really good care or us especially for working a last minute double shift all on her own , we are a family of 10 and all our orders were correct , great job to the cook as well being all on his own. I'm a manager at another restaurant in Tennessee and would hire these 2 in an instant !!!

I'm used to Waffle House in Florida, Huddle House is even better. The inside is much nicer and the food and prices are similar. If you like Waffle House, you will love Huddle House.
