Went today and got the 8 piece bucket. Could eat 2, maybe 3 pieces of chicken out of the bucket. Chicken was fried hard, and the meat was dry. Sides were good which is what we ate. Called in a complaint to the store. Assistant Manager was very polite and willing to make amends. This store won't last long with so many bad reviews. Shame. Their original chicken sandwich is the bomb. I'll eat their sandwiches but not their chicken anymore

Overpriced, chicken was super greasy on the outside but the inside was still raw. Had grey mush with black pepper specks inside it , that happens when the chicken is together while cooking and not separated . resulting in it being under cooked.will never go back . Raw or undercooked chicken is POISONOUS.

Super disappointed!! Came through the drive thru and was forst told a 15 minute wait on tenders. I was okay with that. Then my wife tried to order a breast meal only to be told we don't have breast just wings. I guess call before you go to see if they are serving the menu 🙄🙄🙄
