I usually don’t have a complaint about this store. Last week ordered cheese sticks, cheese was terrible very dry and crust was full of butter, no one could eat it. Made complaint online never got a reply or call back. Manager states she does not respond to online complaints and I should have called her. Lost money and the food it had to be trashed. I made another order thinking problem solved because they always have good food. Again same problems with the cheese sticks. She explained that I should give the cheese a month, it needs to age. So we need to stop ordering anything with cheese for a month until the cheese ages? I’m positive I’m not the only one complaining and she had to have the sticks back before my money could be returned so drove to the store to see her toss them from middle of the store to the trash can. She was really rude and showing her anger towards me like I shouldn’t be making problems. Like I said I usually don’t have a complaint with the store and order once a week. Please don’t take your anger out on the customer, we are all going through things right now and to have been treated like I was nothing. I would have never put this review up on google. My money is just important as yours and ask do you even have a car? Yes I do. Just some questions and answers should have never been ask. I hope you have better days ahead and put yourself in others shoes and you would see and feel how others feel. You can apologize but the voice and facial expressions and your actions say different. As for all the other people that work there, thank you! You are awesome and always treated me with respect.

My husband and I live in Appalachia, and this is our first time to try Pizza King. I have to say that our experience was wonderful!! Our Pizza was ready before time. It was delivered hot and fresh, and the driver was pleasant and efficient!! Great job, Pizza King!! Thank you, The Woody's

Tried to be civil and still try to order from this place after leaving employment but once I receive a pizza that didn't receive the extra cheese on top, that I paid for and being, told that the owner did it and I had to send it back ?? I offered to send a pic of their mess up, but this place is too petty.. you're better off to stay clear of Pizza King
*Follow up* as I stated when I called, I didn't want anything, just to make someone aware there had been a mistake. But, when I'm basically called a liar, because the owner had made my order, that was the issue, plus I had already waited an hour for this order, why would I want to wait another hour...like I said.. petty
Ordered wings with extra buffalo sauce. One wing was sauced. Otherwise, the pizza is delicious.

Seems like a little spot that is successful DESPITE itself... This is simply because they offer the "cheapest options" geographically. Try that in a place where consumers have LEGITIMATE options. Biggest issue is those in charge generally being 'clueless' regarding the hygienic practices of mostly the Drivers... Who are all nice enough but still (most folks do NOT want unwashed money or dog petting hands touching food... (Huuugh)). I'm sorry for having to point that out. Finally when confronted about this I personally witnessed one of the owners actually try to sush a concerned client by pointing a finger and uttering sush through a moustache that was ridiculous even in the 70's.... I'm confident had it been a different scenario it would have been endearing, sort of like that beaver in lady and the tramp who is gifted the log puller. 'Come on in the waterssssshwelll.... But I digress, IMHO if you run a business and get called out for rachet or ignorant oversights, pointing a finger is best suited for resolving conflicts across the street at the day care. "Men" don't need back up from women and teenagers to get their point across or oust a rabble rouser. Skip this place until the hand washing thing becomes second nature or moustache Melvin sees an unlikely increase in testicular fortitude. Moon dog has a killer lunch special a family of 8 can still have leftovers for a comparable price and little Caesars IS SO WORTH THE SHORT DRIVE!!!!!!!! Don't do drugs, stay in school, and get a degree so you never have little franchise tyrants offering you "life tips". PSA: in a "good job" your boss cares about you, your health and family life. This results in a happy loyal employee who cares about the business. #duh #LogicIsLostOnTheDeceptiveOrUnwittinglyDense
