If you try to place an order 30-60 mins before they stop doing deliveries, they’ll straight up keep you on hold until their delivery cut off time (I’m talking the ENTIRE time if you don’t hang up), and then they’ll pick up the phone and hang up right at that point so they don’t have to place the order. If you try to call back, they’ll tell you that, of course, it is now past the delivery cutoff time lol. This JUST happened to me and has happened before as well. How are y'all even still in operation with the staff behaving this way??? It’s always a major pain getting food from them, and even when I can place an order, it takes an extremely long time for anyone to arrive, and usually they forget things.

Place is honestly a joke when it comes to ordering delivery they stop doing delivery an hour before close and 30 minutes before their 1 hour cut off time theyll always put you on hold until after and refuse your delivery. Prices are insane for what you're getting as well. I'm a very understanding person, but I for the life of me cannot figure how this business continues to operate this way and hasn't nearly shut down.

When you ask them one question about a certain item and they don't give it then when it gets delivered it's the same size as a small an hardly know sauce on it at app if you glutton charge a customer that price you should only have one size

I have ordered probably 5 to 8 times and every single time they take my order and never show up I will call back they will make same excuse "they hired new people" and so I'll place my order again only for it to never show up. Food.is great but workers are AWFUL the few times we have received our order it is over 90 mins to make it and come maybe 2 miles and that can be understood sometimes, I get it you can get busy but to never show up after repeatedly being nice and being understanding but last time i will order for sure and hopefully will save someone else the time and hassle

Me and my twin six year olds were on an epic road trip yesterday and ended up at Pizza Plus in Big Stone Gap after traveling from Cincinnati to Lynch Ky for the Portal 31 tour. We drove over Black Mountain and ended up at Pizza Plus. The service was amazing as the owner/manager was nothing but kind to me and the twins. Pizza was great, pizza sticks were amazing, and the cinnamon sticks had to come from heaven they were that good. If I lived in the area this would be a regular place for me and the twins. 5 stars. Thank you for the hospitality.

Went in (take out was definitely busy) but restaurant was empty we were greeted warmly salad bar super fresh very good we were checked on many times drinks stayed full our pizza was great and exactly how we ordered we were given coupons for a return visit and they even turned our football game on and gave us the tv
This place is overall pretty good, but the picture of the fly in the food doesn't help. Not had that problem here personally but the pizza is nothing to call home about, the quick and friendly staff make up for it though. Overall a decent pizza place!

The food taste good, people are nice. The rating is so low because I've tested it last few months but every order I had except 2 have all been wrong. (Probably the reason it's never busy). You tell the person at window and they'll fix it but then the rest of your food will be cold. Multiple people who work here I don't think are capable of reading however you have information processed to them.
