Only reason they are getting a 2 stars is for the taste. I ordered the diablo nacho fries($5) and basically got 5 pieces of tomato, 3 small pieces of chicken and 12 fries. They are worse crooks than mcds. Wont be getting nothing else from here

Drive thru has always taken noteably long time, but this most recent time was outrageous, over 30 minutes and once in line was too crammed in to get out. Then got food poisoning, positive it’s from this store. Worst Taco Bell ever. Impossible to get ahold of management on the phone. And somehow even more difficult to speak to anyone in store. Avoid this place like the plague. You might really get it from the food.

Food is usually decent/average for Taco Bell but I swear every time I go they are either out of Baja blast or the fountain machine is supposedly broken. Very poorly managed restaurant, hopefully the newness will wear off and things will get better

Extremely slow service. Placed an order online using the app and arrived one minute after it was supposed to be ready. Order was not ready and had to be manually told to the kitchen by the person at the front. Finally have the 30 minutes after it should have been ready.
