Overall 3 starts. Except for manager. I asked if I could get 2 beer battered fish sandwiches and the nice girl at the window asked the kitchen if they had any fish ready and they said they don't sell them and the manager walked by and she asked him when they stop selling fish sandwiches and he said now even though they had a sale banner in the window advertising them 2 for $7. That is pretty lousy customer service especially for a manager. I knew he was lying cause he had a big smiirk on his face when he said the don't sell the anymore.
Took 40 minutes for door dash order and worker in the back said he wasnt worried about door dash orders
They forgot our order. Waited nearly 30 minutes. Food was good. The dining room was pretty dirty. Tables that hadn’t been cleared. Floor was bad. No wonder they don’t have customers. 3 people working that are completely inept. Won’t go back for a while.

Placed drive thru order only to find out they were out of the items I wanted, so I had to settle for something else.
I get there at 8 to get dinner, only to be told we are closing early, then why are the doors open, and the sign still lite, service here is always slow, if I had better options I would never go to this one.
I usually like Hardee's, but when we went to this one on vacation they were really slammed and the food and service were substandard
Since I was the only customer & I was picking the food up for someone else, I cannot rate the food quality. Although, I can say that it took way longer than expected.

I’m working at for barfoot so there isn’t much to eat in this small town besides fast food. The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. They stare at you for five minutes and ignore you. You ask for something and it’s like you have ten heads.. everybody is rude. We dined in and they gave us to-go bags. You ask for sauce and they’re rude. I am not pleased. People who order after me get their food first.

If you want to wait 15 min in the drive thru for your food this is the place. Not one time but 3 different times
If I could give zero stars, I would. Corporate or the owners need to hear about the dysfunctional store they have. Whoever the hiring manager is ( also does the scheduling and apparently bank deposits), doesn’t show up when scheduled, there are people coming in for interviews and she isn’t showing up, and God forbid you get your change order in on time and done correctly!! How many weeks can a store be “out of change”?!?!
I have 2 of my own that were hired there, and hearing how desperately they need morning people , they heard they would actually get some hours! Oh but wait, that’s not true. They come in very early am and never get to work a full shift! They have to deal with the angry customers ( no change) and moody co-workers. And now, they are only working one day a week! ( about 4 hours! )
Y’all, don’t let your children work there. It isn’t worth the hassle. …
Please do NOT eat there! The kitchen is absolutely disgusting!
Store is in very bad shape, not clean at all. Slow service. Employees are nice though so at least thats a plus

Second visit in two weeks. Posted sign at cash register indicated card or exact cash only. Breakfast wrap was cold and grease dripped from the wraps. Staff was less than friendly.
