Went to place an order pulled to window to let girl with the nose ring know you can’t hear her through the box. Rolled her eyes didn’t acknowledge at all . Didn’t tell us a price at window just started and had a bad attitude. Left without food went inside to speak to manager and the so called manager had nothing to say will not be going back this is the 4th time we had issues with attitudes and /or food from this location.

Waited 20 minutes for some stupid fries & a drink. The only reason I stayed is because I couldn't figure out how to cancel my mobile order & get my money back. So I go inside to get my food & I see why it took so long- their phones were more important than their work. I used rewards in the app for this food so I definitely will not be returning. Wasted way too much of my time for nothing!! Pretty furious. Their kitchen is also a mess- & their drink station was ill-stocked.
We ordered at 9:12 on a Saturday morning and the hash rounds tasted of stale cooking oil. My partners sandwich was hot and tasty. Mine was cold and adequate. Server did not respond to our use of Good morning, please or thank you. Receipt said her name was Demonta. Coffee cups were overfilled so had to dump some out before being able to add cream or sugar. Not that that improved the flavor.

Frisco pulled pork burger, pic and commercial shows 2 patties, fried onions, pickles and chunks of pulled pork. My husband and I got 1 each for our dinner. Excited we opened our burgers and disappointed. No chunks of pulled pork, 1 burger, no fried onions and 2 pickles. $20 for crap.

Extremely slow. We waited to place an order at the empty drive-thru and then waited 22 minutes for our order to be ready. The floor (visible through the drive-thru window) was filthy with food and other trash that the employee was walking over. The server was not friendly at all and my wife's burger bun was stale. Oh, and they didn't give us any napkins.
