I'm done. I don't care if you fire someone. I don't care if you blame the phone company or equipment or whatever. -- I've sent you messages before, complaining about incomplete phone orders, either because your phone equipment or service, or the staff was hanging up. (I think it was something bad with the phone). - But it was only after multiple times of not being able to place and verify an order, before I complained. - My wife generally calls, but it was getting to be more "miss" (as in "hit & miss") when she called. - She would order when I was coming home from work . I have to drive past my house to Blfd, special trip, just for Chinese food. - I wouldn't know that the order didn't go through for her, because I do NOT drive with a phone on, it's for emergencies only, no driving distractions. - So you can imagine how bad that made me feel to get to the restaurant, only to have the staff tell me that I have no order to pick up. - Since Tray King switched to carry-out only, and it seems to be progressively worse, the ordering process has been entirely unacceptable! - By the way, I'm certain that it's not my phone cutting off, it's obviously Tray King's phone hanging up (for whatever reason). - I can't remember the exact year that the restaurant opened, but I've been a customer since it did. No More!!! -- If you don't care enough about your customers and business than to either fix your phone or train your staff in how to use it, and to take orders properly, then you don't care about my business! -- Loooong time customer - Gone! --
