Food and service is typical of most subways. Unfortunately we have to send our business orders to the Crewe location several times a week because Blackstone is the only location for many miles that refuses to take paper coupons and honor subway app coupons.

Went in with a coupon for 2 footlongs after getting coupons mailed to my address in the same town. The rude girl said they do not take coupons after she made the subs. Nowhere did it say they do not take coupons. I only got one sub and she got angry and slammed the other sub into the trash can instead of giving it to me. Will not be back to this location.
I went today and apparently their light mayo isn't ACTUALLY light mayo but they still have the cap on it saying that it's light mayo. And they didnt tell me it wasn't what I wanted till it was already on the sandwich. When I asked them to make a new one they sighed at me and made me feel bad for their mistake. Super rude.

This has got to be the worse SUBWAY Sandwich Shop on the Eastern Seaboard. The manager told (at least he said he was the manager) one of the employees not to put any more black olives on the sandwich that I ordered. I'm like where's the sign that says you only get x number of tomatoes or black olives. Then he came behind the counter without washing his hands. This place is a food poisoning waiting to hit you in the gut. I told the manager to eat the sandwich. He said he do not eat meat! "Good Luck eating at this garbage can!" Wouldn't even give it 1 star but got to do it to complete the post.

Employee very well manner. However don't get all the condiments on your sandwich you requested. Tomatoes and lettuce look old.

Terrible employee's, they lock the door an hour before closing time which is 9. It says it on the door clear as day. Arrived a little after 8 and saw 2 employee's; one guy wearing his headphones behind the counter not paying any attention to anything going on, the other employee was a girl just sitting at one of the tables with her hand on her face and her face in her phone. Neither of them bothered to even come to the door. They are lazy and inconsiderate. I wouldn't recommend this subway to anyone! Those two employee's deserve to be fired. That is no way to treat customers that are coming there to actually purchase food. We ended up having to drive all the way back down 460 to go to the subway at the Mapco gas station. Which is open 24 hours luckily. It's more worth it to make the trip there than to waste time thinking these employee's are going to do their job. Must be nice to get paid to do NOTHING.
