Interior of the restaurant was nice, had to work for it to pick my order up, my wings had no sauce and out burgers only had 30% of the toppings they were supposed to have on them this place needs a lot of work

Stayed in Blackstone for a little over a month around the holiday season. With not that many restaurants to visit, this became the one that I absolutely did not like when it came up as a suggestion for going out to eat. I think the food is fine. I especially enjoyed their burgers, but the prices were too high for me and their service was abysmal. The first time I went there, I was in a group of about 10 people, so we expected a longer wait and the food was fine, but the older lady server did not display any type of enthusiasm for her job or whatsoever.
The second time, I went with a group of about 6, but most of us only went for drinks. Despite being a Sunday afternoon, the bar was not very full. There was about maybe 6-8 other guests in the restaurant total. However, it took about 30 minutes to get 4 beers, a Long Island Iced Tea, and a flight of Lemon Drop shooters. To add to that, my LIIT was $17 for only one! We also had the same server, who once again, couldn't be bothered to regularly attend to our table or even smile. Because of the high costs and high wait time, we didn't feel we were served very well and most of us reflected it by not tipping. My friend, who did tip, had to hear that server complaining to him that none of us tipped. Not only is she deflecting blame, criticizing customers to another customer for expressing their right to not tip when they don't feel well-served is very unprofessional.
Lastly, I went out with my friends on the Karaoke Night as a designated driver. This time we had a younger male server who seemed to be having a bad day for some reason, and it was very evident in his service. He was very abrupt and apathetic when my friends were trying to order. After one of my friends ordered appetizers, he dropped them off and walked away from the table, drive-by style, in a matter of seconds, even though my friend wanted to order more food. When he finally did get a chance to order from the server, the server threw his hat down as if he was going to quit his job right then and there.

The food was disgusting. The pretzel bites were reheated. Also got what was suppose to be pulled pork fries, they were nothing but chunks of fat and disgusting. Would not recommend eating here. Ate at the one in Farmville last year and was great, so I thought they both would be.

The quality of this place has gone way down since opening. Our order last night was testament to this. The BBQ sandwich was ordered with no onions and it had so much onion it had to be remade. The Mac bowls were mediocre at best. One was half full and the other was ordered with no pico....and of course was not only loaded with pico but was refrigerator cold despite being the last to be served. The service is good, the waitresses are always lovely. The kitchen staff is where the overhaul needs to happen.

I’m leaving 1 star because I can’t leave anything less. We waited for over 30 minutes at the Blackstone location and all we received were menus. It was a complete joke and I don’t even know how they stay in business. As my family of 5 came out another couple was walking in. I let them know how our service was and how we were leaving. They looked at each other and then told us that they were coming back to give a second chance at service because they received the same horrible service the first time they had come. Needless to say, we drove up the street to Nelson’s and were served right away, even though they were quite busy.

The tater tots were perfectly crispy and plentiful. The burger on the other hand would have been fine but the meat was bland, like it was old or from a low quality supplier. Our waitress was awesome but they were out of almost everything, like fries, wings, and my first beer choice. Sunday night football was on with Bills vs Cheifs so it was a bad time to be out of wings and beer...
