Servers were all too busy talking , I had to get the cashiers attention, she was less than friendly! I got a chicken sandwich and a drink for over $10 !
Outrageous ! Never again will I stop a Wendy's !

I'm not sure of they charge thier employees to hand out ketchup packets but the person behind the counter gave me 3 ketchup packets for 4 people. I went up and asked for more and got handed 2 more.

Ordered a large fry and got a medium fry we were the only car there she told us to pull forward took us 30 minutes to get food. Called no one answered and super excessive amount of sauce on my burger could have been spit so i just threw it away. Id acoid this place at all cost

The inside dining table was in need of a wipe down; everything looked very outdated and broken; the men and womens restroom was in need of service - the air hand dryer was broken and not blowing hot air to dry hands. Looks like the health dept inspections were available to be seen, however if I had been an inspector I would have been very concerned about the staff being able to cleanse their hands properly after using the restroom. I can really see that either the restaurant is suffering or no money is being put back into the restaurant to make it operational, or to keep equipment in working order, and to supervise staff to clean inside dining tables. The windows were filthy. Not my most pleasant experience at a Wendy's. Why am I not surprised that the news reported today that 140 Wendy's locations will be closed by the end of 2024.

Parking: plenty of parking; we were there on a Wed at 5:15pm and we were the only 2 people inside. Two other cars came while we were in the restaurant.

Tables looked like they'd been wiped down before we came in. However, my daughters dress had dirt marks on the back after she complained of her seat being sticky.
The food was okay. But the cashier watched me go through taking my sisters order and didn't stop me to say she didn't get hers, and she ordered first. Her bags were customized. (She had left to take drinks. I thought she had her food too). Found out and let them know before "my order" was done so it can be fixed. So I ended up with a dry burger that was meant for my niece who doesn't do condiments. The past few times I have been to a Wendy's, my orders have been handled incorrectly. It's not even a single location anymore. ? may have to stop coming.
Atmosphere: cold! Very cold. It was cold enough to rush through eating just to get out.

The food was good. It wasn't the absolute best I've ever had, but it was good and better than some other options we had. Additionally I can't comment much on service or atmosphere as they just took the order that's about all the interaction I had it wasn't unpleasant or pleasant it was just a normal interaction and atmosphere kinda not something you can judge for a fast food place so I remained neutral.

I ordered $47 worth of food for my grandchildren. When I drove up to the window, I handed the person a $50 bill, and she would not accept it, stating that her manager told her not to accept the bill. The money was good, they never inspected it, they just refused to accept it. I pulled off and went to Hardee's... They accepted the $50, and we enjoyed the food and left.
