I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches (one combo) and a baked potato. I had to turn around twice—first because they forgot the fries, then because they gave me burgers instead of chicken. And after all that, the baked potato wasn’t even cooked. Absolutely unacceptable. Total waste of time. Never again. Didn't even apologize for the complete inconvenience.

You could hire a better manager that has better customer experience skills. I was told by the manager tonight she could not ring up a single with no meat. I said I would pay full price and she didn't reply at all. she was rude and when I got to the window to get my food I had to ask 3 times to get the managers name it was Aubrey and she was the one who took our order. I will pray that she starts treating people like she would want to be treated. I work with people every day and I treat them with respect. That really is not hard.

This place never give out receipts. Come to find out they charged me with something l didn't even other. The lady at the drive thru this morning told 7. 87 and when l looked on my back app it was 9.87. I also had $2 off and they wasn't even added. Smh. Food nasty and potato wedges dry like its been sitting under the warm all morning Last time me going to this grimy place.
Service was horrible, the employees are more worried about gossiping than serving customers. What kind offast food restaurant does not ha e ketchup, this one..
