Everytime we go there is an issue. They are either out of sides or chicken or forget something in our bag. People working the window have huge attitudes. When someone says thank you you usually acknowledge them back. Don't know what I'm thanking you for in the 1st place since you rushed me and didn't have anything we wanted but I still tried to be understanding and kind and you still wanted to go out of your way to be rude. Someone needs to investigate this restaurant big time. Huge issues going on over there.

Food was old looking and stale and my cup of dirty rice had a piece of plastic in it from a ketchup packet hidden inside, the restaurant itself was dirty.

Waited for 18 mins at the drive thru window and nobody knew what I was waiting on. The firl at the windows was doing her best to help vut management was walking around. I spent $40 on food to get home and my order was wrong. Mad was an understatement.

Sitting in line now watching the workers out in the parking lot having good times with their buddies , workers standing in the back door with it opened smoking . Workers totally rude and disrespectful. And then you pay 20 dollars for 3 pieces of chicken after having to listen to and look at the disrespect on a job . Sad .

Borounds undercooked. And the uncleanliness would be zero if they let me. Music too loud. Mostly the uncleanliness. This early in the morning 9:31. I don't think anyone mopped last night. I'm scared to eat in such an unclean place. I counted 4 flies inside and then one tried to come in my van as I was leaving... Lord don't let that fly stay with me. The whole parking lot was trashed and fingerprints all over every glass on the property
