Best biscuits. I can't find any Bojangles in Winston Salem that can touch. When traveling, this stop is a MUST going to VA and returning home.

Ordered 4 wings through the clueless, but somewhat accurate AI. Lady at the window said they only had one wing. We asked if we could just wait for more wings. She said she would bring them to us and to pull up to the door. We did. She later told us the wings would be ready in 2 minutes and they also had fresh biscuits in 4. This was at 10pm as we were travelling for Christmas family. The only issue we had was that the chicken and biscuits were so hot and fresh we had to handle the heat while eating in our car. So delicious though. Wish I knew the lady's name to mention her, but it was an A+++ experience.

Very rude and slow. Out of everything, fries, bo rounds, Mac and cheese, chicken and had to wait for a plain biscuit. Have tried multiple times to give this place a chance and it is always the same. Will not be back again.
Pre order online said it was done and ready for pick up went in and still had to wait over 35 minutes and then didn’t have most of the items I had offered wasn’t the first time food wasn’t ready for pick up on the app

Drove 70 miles round trip spent over $60 and didn’t get half my order. No biscuits no gravy. Food not worth the trip. So disappointed will never go there again. Would advise everyone to check your bag before leaving the parking lot. It’s a shame we can’t trust bojangles employees to do their job. Not good business.
