Very rude and slow. Out of everything, fries, bo rounds, Mac and cheese, chicken and had to wait for a plain biscuit. Have tried multiple times to give this place a chance and it is always the same. Will not be back again.

Drove 70 miles round trip spent over $60 and didn’t get half my order. No biscuits no gravy. Food not worth the trip. So disappointed will never go there again. Would advise everyone to check your bag before leaving the parking lot. It’s a shame we can’t trust bojangles employees to do their job. Not good business.

It really was a 1 star review, but I just want to make sure Bojangles sees this.... Listen.... your workers are really dumbbbb.... Like really inept.... Ummm the food was great but there was a 1 hour wait soooo..... I came in and asked what the hold up was and they literally forgot about my order!!! I was extremely confused as how you can forget I have an order when there is a screen that shows them. Also who I think is your manager came in and already saw the commotion, but did not give a crap. She walked to the back and started talking to the worker and they starting laughing about something. Loved Bojangles till now, will be coming back, just not to this one. Thanks for your time ☺️☺️☺️
First time visitor from Michigan. I got a three-piece chicken. No sides. Chicken was juicy crisp and warm. Not hot. Side dishes looked disgusting, they appeared to be dried out, left uncovered foods sticking to the serving utensil. Not much of it appealing appearance
