Very unfriendly staff. Not nice to hikers with bags at all, you will be asked to leave your backpacks outside and you can't even take the ketchup with you there. After we went outside, a big garbage truck arrived and stopped next to us, we asked nicely to turn off the engine because the exhaust was pointing in our direction, while eating. The lady from the restaurant immediately started yelling at us and threatening to completely throw us out because we talked to the truck driver. Disgusting behavior.

Stopped for breakfast, a scenic detour off the freeway and excellent breakfast biscuits. Friendly owner and really enjoyed all of the Appalachian trail displays, and the mountain views. Highly recommend

Location is perfect for AT hikers and BDR motorcyclists. 5 stars for being a near perfect simple little place and for being so open to hikers. If you are looking for something fancy, look elsewhere.
