My pizza was over cooked and had no (zero) sauce. I ordered Extra Alfredo sauce. Got none. Tried to call to get a replacement pizza. They put us on hold (automatically) then Hung up on us after 15 minutes of being on hold. Worst place ever. It is not our first negative experience.
We always order from Domino's and the food has always been good. Tonight we ordered and the pizza we got wasn't only beautifully made, but the best pizza we have had in years. I called to give a shout out and spoke to Brandon which is the manager and who made the pizza. The food industry definitely needs more employees like this young man. He knocked it out of the park and did a phenomenal job representing Domino's. Great job again, Brandon!
Pizza was delivered and No one called to inform me that it was outside! Nor did they knock or ring the doorbell!
I understand contactless!!! But surely they could have called to let me know it was there!! Cold Pizza!!
The only reason I went outside was to check my mail! If I hadn’t done that, the Pizzas would still be outside!!!
