Possibly the best pizza in Southwest Virginia. Better than homemade, store bought, fast food chain, pizza chain, or independently owned stores. Their pizza is just better.
So twice I ordered from here the same thing each time both times my order was messed up. The first time was an easy fix but this second time no all I got was attitude from a manager who thought she was hot shit. I ordered a Bread Bowl chicken Alfredo at 5:34 it took over a hour to make and close to 7 before it got delivered and took another 30mins before I got someone on the phone and then denied a refund or the fix to my food because supposedly this manager was the only one working last night other than 2 delivery drivers who I guess only job is to deliver. As you see in the picture that’s not a bread bowl and there’s barley enough in there to feed a child!

The online app wouldn't work. I was told by management they could not tell me about promotions in store. Therefore, I was charged over 60$ for 2 pizza and pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread. Spoke with the manager. He was of no help. Will not be using this location again.

I don't know the guys name but he wasn't to professional and messing up ppl order then say he couldn't do refund on his misunderstanding skills,short young lady I ordered the Philly cheese sandwich and she was nice very professional.food was more expensive than I thought 1 medium pizza two sandwiches $52 I thought 🤔 I should have went to little Caesars 😂

Apparently they moved and when I put the address in it took me to nowhere and now I’m out $60 because they won’t answer the phone. Thanks I’ll be calling my bank.

Order a specialty pizza, with garlic parm sauce, when the delivery arrived the order was wrong, called the store and the manager said he wasn’t the one who made the pizza so he couldn’t confirm if the order was made incorrectly. Although I was looking directly at it, knowing it wasn’t what I ordered. It’s just really awful to spend almost 100$ and can’t even have your food made correctly.
Friendly and the food is always fresh and they fix your problem if you have one

Never again will I get anything from Dominos in Bluefield,,I had an issue with them months ago and vowed to never go there and the other day just confirmed my decision
They refused to honor their own coupons and refused to honor my rewards points or to take cash. The manager had a million excuses as to why they blew it on every account and no solutions. Everything was someone else's fault and they had no ability to help in any way. It was bad internet fault. It was faulty apps fault. It was thieves fault. It was corporates fault. The manager was clueless and I am done with this place forever. They need to hire some grown ups over there and grow a pair. Passing the buck seems to be their number 1 job and customers seem to just be out of luck. Don't waste your time with these folks as they just don't care and let you know that.
