Though I kind of miss the Macado's location at the Mercer Mall, I have to admit that the food and service at this location is superior in every way.
I was there yesterday with a friend.
I had the fish and chips and was allowed to switch out the coleslaw for potato salad.
Everything was delicious! Service was excellent!
Portions were so generous, I could make 2 large meals plus potato salad left over (very generous portion)
Highly recommend!

Excellent food at the WV location. Party of six and waitress and food were amazing. It was a Thursday evening dinner time and busy, but the wait wasn’t bad. The decor in the restaurant was sports related and very historical. 2 thumbs up for going back again one day. (We’re a mission team helping out Kimball for the week and stopped by for dinner on a recommendation from staff of the MCC working out of a church there)

Went for dinner with my parents, party of 4. We ordered and when the food comes out they don't have my meal. Isn't of telling me they didn't have the wing sauce I ordered they waited until everyone else has food but me. The manager on duty, a guy in a blue shirt and black Durag comes out and immediately starts patronizing my mom who is just asking if I can get my fries so at least I have something while I have to order something else. He starts calling my mom pet names like honey and sweetie and when I asked him not to call her that he kicked us out for being aggressive. The waitress was very nice and wasn't a problem at all. I would also like to point out at no point did we ask for a manger he just started walking around and when he asked how the food was we pointed out my sister's was missing items, my mom's bread was burnt, and i didnt have a meal at all. There was absolutely no reason to behave like he did, he just got mad that we werent going to let him being a jerk. He brought us boxes and kicked us out.

Staff are not just incompetent, they seem to be unmanaged and completely clueless as to what their jobs are.

They served me a brown salad every piece of lettuce had brown spots on it. Took forever to get food that was also sub par. First time I had been to the new location.

Bluefield is blessed that it is a "food availability" desert 🏜 because if it wasn't, this place would be out of business. Consistently the worst service, everything wrong. Always try to give a place 5 chances to earn a 5 star. This place managed to mess up multiple times each of the 5 times. Just untrained and unprofessional. I'm not talking one small mistake, these are completely different orders and often take 45+ minutes to pick up or brought to table. Will not eat here ever again.

This was the worst dining experience ever. The two adult sandwiches that we ordered were both wrong. The waitress never checked on us so we could not even get the order corrected. The food was not good and the service was worse. Most of the older employees seemed more interested in socializing with some of the customers in the bar. We will never return!

Food is good, but the service here always terrible. Service is notoriously and needlessly slow. We're here on a slow Wednesday evening and it has been l a long wait to just see the server to order drinks.
We just waited 30+ minutes for drinks to arrive. Who knows how long for the food...
