I came into Sam's Club today to do a weekend pickup of my normal groceries. As soon as I stepped in I immediately noticed how cold it was! I could not even go grab my freezer groceries because I could not stand there for longer than a minute! I walked around to try and find someone to warm up the store a little bit and your manager, Jeremy, was extremely rude to me about it. He told me the store was the perfect temperature, I assure you it was not. I also heard him be rude towards an employee. Not good management. You have lost this loyal customer. I will go out of my way to never shop at this Walmart again with such rude management.

I spend a lot of money as Sams even buy all my gas here. However today I learned they now need a security guard at the door? Who is accompanied by an employee who’s job is to check your membership card. The security guard however thinks it’s his job? My credit card and membership card are made together and I do not feel comfortable showing my credit card to someone that’s not an Employee. Another thing if you are coming to work please look professional a Dingy security guard asking to see my credit card doesn’t make me a happy customer. It wouldn’t hurt for some of your employees to be a little nicer. I’ve called corporate and hope this gets better and I don’t have to cancel my membership I really like Sams but I will not be treated this way while I’m spending my money at your store.

I have used Sam's tire and battery since this store has been open. I went in a week or so back, one vehicle finishing up inside. I waited ten minutes and no one to help me. There were four people working so I went to the rest room and came back ten minutes later. I still had to wait another ten minutes before someone could help me. There was still the one vehicle inside that no one was working on. I am sure it was finished because the attendant was checking the torque on the wheels when I initially walked in. All four guys were doing nothing. When the attendant came in I ask if I could get my tires rotated. He said do you have an appointment and I replied no. He said it would be four pm before they could get to me, it was eleven am, because they were booked up. I had been there thirty minutes and no one had worked on anything since I came in. I said no one has worked on anything in the last thirty minutes and he replied that did not make any difference because they were booked up. I called a few minutes ago to check on rotation and the attendant said it might be fifteen minutes of two hours to wait. Why does an outstanding organization like Sam's Club put up with this?
