We had an excellent lunch here, Crystal is an excellent server and was great with our son!

Server was wonderful she did a great job and was kind to the kids... Food was disgusting, all the meat was extremely dry, steak was so dry and dark, chicken was dry no moisture at all, salmon was just rubber, rice had no seasoning just bland, one female employee was vomiting in the bathroom, another was walking around eating and grabbing items out the fridge with his bare hands and plating, older gentlemen, while their sushi is beautifully plated my son said his squid was so chewy he couldn't swallow, noise is normal it was rather crowded when we arrived, didn't complain or ask for a refund this was our first and last time here, went by recommendation again no offense to anyone who enjoys their food but I give the food a .05, waitress seemed like the only person there who was doing their job 10/10 for her!!!

This restaurant is one of my favorite dining places that I go to with my mother. Food is always delicious (have tried a few different entrees and appetizers), hot and served quickly. Our server today (Crystal) was so friendly and professional and took good care of us. We drove at least 45 min to get here and it’s worth it!

If you're in the area and want large portions, variety, and a great value, definitely check out Shogun. It's located in a strip mall next to a home improvement store-the store front is blacked out to the point I wasn't sure they were still open.

I was greeted and seated promptly. Soup was delivered before I even placed my drink order! I asked my server for Specialty Roll recommendations - the Pink Lady and Crab Crab were both delicious and filling. I almost regretted ordering the Tempura Tofu (best I've ever had!) and a house salad, but I happily ate leftovers later in the evening. This is a clean family and group friendly restaurant with personable servers.

I really enjoyed lunch at Shogun. I ordered the hibachi steak and it was delicious! The soup came out quickly and was hot and tasty. My meal came with my own yum-yum sauce dispenser. The food quality was great and the steak was perfectly done. Please give me a reaction if you read this. Thanks!

This is our favorite restaurant we have found since relocating here. The food is delicious and portion size is generous. It has a wonderful atmosphere for date night while still being kid friendly. The thing that keeps us coming back is the service. We eat here on average at least once every 2 weeks and have gotten to know the staff. We now make sure that we sit in Erica’s section. She is kind and personable, remembers my children’s names, we never have empty drinks or have to wait or even ask for refills or sauces she just anticipates and they show up right before we need them all while making you feel like you are her most important customer. I highly recommend giving this place a try and if you do ask for Erica’s section you won’t be disappointed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Sushi – Worth Every Mile Driven!

Shogun is, without question, the best place for sushi—so good, in fact, that I happily drive over an hour just to eat here any chance I get. I’ve had sushi all over the world, and nothing—and I mean nothing—has ever compared to their Purple Rain roll. It is hands-down the most incredible roll I’ve ever tasted. Every roll here is excellent, fresh, beautifully crafted, and full of flavor, and their traditional Japanese dishes are just as impressive.

I also have to brag on their clear soup. It’s honestly some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere. I always order multiple bowls because one is simply not enough!

A huge part of what makes Shogun so special is the service—specifically Erica. She’s more than a waitress to us; she feels like family. She is fast, attentive, hardworking, and somehow manages to stay upbeat and warm no matter how busy it gets. She treats us with genuine kindness every single visit, but the truth is, she treats everyone that way. A great server can make or break a dining experience, and she elevates ours every time. We adore her just as much—if not more—than the food we drive over an hour to enjoy. When you go, make sure you request Erica—she’s truly the best!

I do want to mention one disappointing experience involving another waitress, Crystal. Unfortunately, she was noticeably rude, with a visible attitude and even eye-rolling and comments directed at coworkers right in front of guests. That kind of behavior is not acceptable in any restaurant. If there are issues with staff, they should be taken to a manager—not played out in front of customers.

But in the end, Shogun remains one of my absolute favorite places to eat. The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is welcoming, and with Erica taking care of you, the service is truly unmatched. Highly recommend!

My wife and I really enjoyed the Shrimp Hibachi this evening. Our waitress was a nice girl, and she gave us excellent service. Her service came with a big smile, and she returned to our table several times to check and see if we needed anything. Her name was Crystal and she was a very sweet person. Crystal is to be commended for her excellent service.

Absolutely love this place, always friendly and food is always good. Especially love the complimentary clear soup before your meal. Crystal took care of us tonight and she’s was super sweet and amazing and very attentive. Can’t wait to be able to come back!

Had my daughters birthday dinner here and they went above and beyond to make a 10 year old girl feel special. They made her baloon animals, sang happy birthday and even made baloon animals for our youngest 2 kids. Such a great place to bring your family. The staff was amazing!

Food tonight was perfect- everything was cooked perfectly and was beautifully presented as a nice extra. Our whole order was correct, never had to ask for anything- not even for refills. Erica, our server, was amazing! We eat here all the time and she is always excellent.
