Erica is the chillest waitress I’ve ever had. 10/10. Bomb food with bomb service.
Great experience. Waitress Erica was great. Very energetic and personable. Made a point to interact with us and make our experience the best. Food always great.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. No refills, ran away before we finished ordering, jerked menus out of my hand. Jerked plate out of hand as I was putting in to-go box Came back shaking receipt in our faces yelling

Went here about a month ago wasn’t going to write a review but you really should just drive to beckley to Fujiyama steakhouse. Got salad last, one refill, food was cold and I mean cold. The hibachi had been sitting atleast 20 minutes not even under heat and the rice with mine was cold like out of the refrigerator cold. Told waitress and the manager did a 10% discount. We didn’t even take the food with us to reheat so $35 wasted.
The quality of the sushi has gone down a lot in less than 6 months' time. The California roll we got 6 months ago was what you normally get at a restaurant. This time, it wasn't even as thick as my husband's thumb and looked like one of those mashed and shriveled ones from the gas station grab and go section. The other rolls were not cut all the way through, so when you tried pulling it apart, the whole thing fell apart. The glass soy sauce bottled was broken and leaking on the table, tried to get them to take that, and was ignored. If this was our first visit, we'd never go back. Honestly, we may not because there are other options around and this time after seeing what they served and how we got ignored, and when we stopped another server, we got attitude we can spend our $100+ elsewhere.

This is a great place I used to visit (maybe too often) until the last 3 months. In the past 3 months I have been 5 times. Two of those time it was the excellent food and treatment I was used to. However, the other 3 times were take outs and were not as great as normal. The sushi was rolled oddly in one instance and the other it just did not have the same presentation. But over all the food is wonderful and staff are friendly. I would recommend a visit for anyone into Thai or sushi.

This restaurant is terrible about adjusting orders when you call to let them know that something was not prepared correctly. All they will tell you is, they will hopefully implement the comments on successful future orders… But they do not offer to fix yours in the moment or replace what they did incorrectly, and especially given the fact that they were done completely wrong! This is a sad and weak excuse for a restaurant!!!! I don’t think I’ve ever called a restaurant to let them know that they completely screwed up the entire order and they have not even offered to fix one item. But today is that day! They said they would just pass the word along to the kitchen! Do not go there they are weak and inexcusable! this should not happen in any type of Customer Service situation… Especially when you inform someone that the food is not edible unless you do your own magic to their food!!!!!
