I remember a time when Starbucks treated you nice and was worth the price but the one located inside FoodCity in Bluefield Va has rude employees and service there stinks you can tell how they are trained. The woman that took my wife’s order was rude acted like she couldn’t understand what was being ordered or what they

i went to the one in bluefield Virginia. when I went to check out several items didn't scan right. I mentioned it to cashier. she took me to another cashier who looked at my bill. I told her my berries scanned at 3.34. I had three packs. sign said 2.99. her comment was you had to buy 4. sign did not say that. then I told her I got the deal of buy 10 and get 2 free. so it should have been 12 for 10 dollars. she said you only got 4. I said no I got 12 and I counted them for her. her comment was well that is Friday and Saturday only. I told her then the sign shouldn't be up on Wednesday. I saw signs on these items throughout the store. it did not say that. when I got home I called manager. he said the 12 for 10 was on all week. he didn't know what the problem was with that. he wasn't aware of the berries. said he would check and make it right with me. it wasn't but 3 dollars but it makes me wonder what else I get that might not ring up right. I like to know what I am paying. if I go back and it happens again I will just leave my groceries.

Messed up on my order despite me double checking they had the items in stock. Their food menu is already dry extremely limited so I’m not sure how they couldn’t figure out if they had the items or not. Anyway, getting a refund required me going to the supermarket’s customer service and it wasted a lot of time. Never did get anything from here and you can’t order ahead through the app. I won’t ever bother trying again.

Great to have a Starbucks in Bluefield finally!!Located inside the Food City building it's certainly a great draw for them. I'm happy with where it is personally, it's right off 460 and while not as convenient as a standalone building it's not a burden to pop inside the store.
