The Villa Italian Bar and Grill

The service was amazing. The ravioli was delicious and the little sample of Italy gave a wide variety of flavors, but all of them were amazing. If you stop in for food make sure you try the garlic bread. Overall this is a fantastic place for a date or just an enjoyable meal.

Been here twice, unpleasant experience the first time, but the second time assures we won’t be back. Both times we sat in a nicely designed bar area that actually had a nice vibe to it. We had the same waitress both visits. The first time my boyfriend had to wait about 10 minutes until he got a refill, and get this, one of the people that sat us brought the refill, not even the waitress who wasnt busy!!!! She was bragging to the next table that she “runs this place front to back”, so I guess she’s the owner. We talked about not going back but my mother wanted to try it, so a couple weeks later, we returned. This time we were sat across from the bar. Same awkward service, having to wait for refills. She mentioned that she was the bartender too, when I asked for a refill, like she had been making drinks. There were only 3 tables in the restaurant at the time, this was during lunch. As I got up to use the restroom, I walked by a little doorway area that is the entrance to the kitchen, where there was a little drink station. IT WAS AT THIS TIME THAT I GOT THE SICKEST I HAVE EVER BEEN. Our waitress was standing there eating leftover food from a half eaten plate she had just taken from our table. We planned on taking the leftovers home to our dog but she quickly snatched it up and took off. No biggie there, mistakes happen, but when I looked up and saw her slurping on the noodles he was eating, it turned my stomach. I will never in my life be back at this restaurant. On my way back from the restroom, I hid my phone with my wallet and recorded her because I knew my family would think I was joking. Absolutely disgusting. Will not be back.

I love your restaurant. To the point where I gladly drive over an hour to get takeout. So I should be giving a 5-star rating. However, tonight, like several times the past year, I ordered only to find that my order was wrong when I got home. Not only wrong, but wrong in a way that it is inedible to me due to a severe allergy. I called to make the staff aware and was told I could drive back (turning my 2 hour and 40 minute drive there and back into over a 5 hour endeavor) or next time I come in, my entree will be free. I know that there is not a lot you as a business can do in my situation, but this makes me not want to return to your restaurant anymore because this exact mistake has been made 3 out of the last 5 times I’ve been there. I have even taken to reiterating to the employee taking my call-in order that I need tomato sauce on my entree, and it is so disappointing to have this continue to happen. Especially when I have been DREAMING about this food for weeks before I make the drive there. I am SO disappointed.

Always amazing food and service. It's such a cute restaurant for a special date or just a casual dinner either way the food is amazing.

Would give a higher rating but waited almost 15 minutes before our waitress even came to table to get our drink order. Food was good but took a while to get it.

Every time we try to go eat in there they tell us they are not taking any more reservations. Every time we try to get a to-go order they tell us they aren’t taking any more orders. We will never eat there again.

Lovely place. The food is pretty good. The really rely on cheese so if you’re allergic good luck. Also if you’re a vegetarian or vegan good luck. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly. The price is reasonable.

Not sure why, but I ordered the Blackened Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and didn’t receive what I paid for. If you don’t offer something anymore, remove it from the menu. The noodles were grossly over cooked and the whole dish was sadly unseasoned. The service here has gone downhill and I’m not sure if it’s due to staff not caring or what, but this will be my last time EVER ordering from The Villa Italiana. Makes no sense whatsoever you spend so much money for so little. And I won’t be recommending this place to ANYBODY.

Good food, great service.

Excellent food and priced right. The over all atmosphere was great with lattice around the booths with small lights. A small waterfall and electric fireplaces to make it comfortable. They have a good menu with many choices for lunch, or dinner. Staff is very friendly.

Ordered medium well riveted it was medium rare. Fettuccine tasted v like pepper creme water. Drinks were good and service tried

Staff always does a wonderful job. Enjoyable experience everytime we go to eat.

Not impressed at all. Extremely small portions and the wait staff was a lot down
