Best calzone we had. My husband and I are here visiting from Rochester NY riding the Hatfield-McCoy trails. We ordered calzone and pizza. The calzone was absolutely delicious. Would go to this restaurant again.

This is a great Italian restaurant. The serving sizes are great and it's not even that expensive. You can usually eat there for about the same amount as it would be to eat at like McDonald's. It's just a few dollars more. The service is a tad bit slow but overall great atmosphere and even better food!

Good salads for lunch, needs more lighting, the shadows makes it diffcult to read menu. Service is very good.

The Villa consistently has decent food and great service, and the atmosphere is pretty pleasant as well. Overall, it is not a bad choice for dinner for groups both small and large. The food is consistently decent. Many dishes are good and filling, but others have their problems. To list a personal example, the filet mignon has not been a filet at all. It is more of stew steak or a fatty rib-eye than a filet. It may take an attempt or two to find something worth eating, so don't write off the restaurant if one meal is much worse than expected. Most of the staff is friendly and on top of things. The atmosphere is great towards the middle or back of the restaurant. It cannot be easily helped, but the front of the store is very drafty and chilly on cooler nights when customers come and go. Again, it is not a bad choice for dinner, but experiences may vary from visit to visit or meal to meal.

As employees in the same shopping complex, my coworkers and I eat here fairly often. The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is quite friendly and accommodating. This may be a relatively small eatery but it is designed to be a restaurant experience, so don't expect fast food prices. The serving sizes are generally pretty large for the price, though, so it balances out. They do serve a variety of wines and beer, as well. The atmosphere is quite calm and inviting if you are eating in, but they also offer takeout service. Personal note: The bisques are to die for!

Some of my friends suggested I tried this restaurant, and honestly this was one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. It was so small and cramped, the service was okay though. I got a small cheese pizza, and the pizza didn't have any sauce on it, it was just like a bread stick. Then after that I wanted to give the desert a try so I got a strawberry cheesecake and a brownie calzone. The cheesecake was okay, but the sauce was this thick consistently and it was hot, which confused me. Now the brownie calzone, I don't even know how to start with it, the breading was so rough to get through, and the brownie inside of it wasn't even cooked, it tasted like batter, and the ice cream wasn't good either. I wouldn't go to this place ever again, and I advise you not to either.

This place never disappoints! The food was tasted and made to perfection. All five of us ordered different entrees and each meal was delicious. Even the desserts. Service was great and the atmosphere was very cozy and relaxing. Will definitely return!

We all had a variety of items. Pasta dishes were enjoyed by my family. While I tried the steak calzone. Food was very good. Service was fine expect the clearing of table was a little slow

It gives me no joy to pan this place, but the truth is the truth. Every time I go, it seems the food quality is worse and worse. The most recent calzone was indescribably gross, and almost inedible, but I choked it down due to being with a big family group and not wanting to be "that guy". Just a bland, gooey, tasteless mess. Maybe they've changed something, because I don't remember it being that bad in the past (just sorta average.) No real complaints on the service, but the prices are a bit high considering the typical amount and quality of the food. Some of my family are crazy about the place, but I think they're just plain crazy. It's so tight, jammed in that little space, that I get mildly claustrophobic trying to just get seated and get out. It's like being on the subway or something. Barely room to turn around. The only reason I give it two stars is that I'm sure there's at least something on the menu worth eating, because other people seem to enjoy the place. Personally, I'd steer well clear.

For fine dining, especially if one desires pasta dishes, then the Italian Village is the place to dine. If one wishes to be in a romantic setting, then the enclosed booths are good for lovebirds.

One of my favorite places to eat that special meal or just a Friday eat out. I normally get the Chicken Chesapeake. The Salmon is good and the Grilled Seafood Salad is great.

Interior is completely worn and out of date, however, the food is still worth going for. Pizza, pastas, and salad are all enjoyable. Beer selection is decent for the area. Place can get loud at times.

Portions are quite smaller than they used to be but most of the food is good. Quite pricey and service is ok ... Not the cleanest
