This is the best subway in the area. I come in at least once a week and no matter the shift the crew always takes care of me or the family. The staff is always polite and they work so hard. Not all all Subways are equal.

After Church for the past 3 weeks we have been ordering Subway and going with my brother and sister in law for dinner. I have been ordering ours online and getting great deals like bongo foot longs. So far every time we have gotten there our order is ready and made exactly like we want. I highly recommend the Subway in Boones Mill, VA if you’re ever driving thru, The staff is also very friendly.
This is one of the best run Subway's. Place is clean and well managed.

Been coming to this subway for a year. I have watched the employees turn over like swapping Laundry. I have seen first hand them short sandwiches when double meat was ordered. I have called from the parking lot and watch them not pick up the phone when the place was empty. I do have choices of other subways but this one is near my house. I have to hover over them to make sure they do their job when I order food.

I picked up four subs around six o'clock. There was one female in 1 male working. They were not greeting anyone when they came in. They kept their head down, and I could tell they were working on my mobile order. Because I watched them place it on the mobile order rack. There was a line all the way to the back of their store. They were not moving very fast at all. To make matters worse, when I got mysubs. They weren't even warm, but yet, these were subs that were toasted. I'm a little confused by that. The meatballs were cold in the middle.Mornings are great,evenings not so much.
