Missed multiple items on my order two days in a row. Second day had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get the missed items and even then they didn’t give the correct items. Hahaha can’t make this shit up.
Lady at the window was like “sorry I don’t work on the crew making the food” ok but you can walk around the corner and talk to them though right?

Terrible service was given an attitude because they didnt give me a sandwich I ordered and the one making the sandwich was in the back calling me a lair. After spending $35 I expect my food to be correct in not get an attitude like im trying to get a free sandwich if I was gonna do that then why spend so much money in the first place. Plain rude girl at the drive thro. except for 1 guy who was fake nice but in a good enough way. This happens alot at this store that we now have to always check our stuff at the window before we leave

Although they didn’t have apple pies, they were very accommodating and exchanged it for something else. Their customer service was impeccable. They actually perfected my semi-sweet tea and had no problem providing me a creamer on the side! Will definitely return again!!

Hit or miss honestly. Depends on what set of people they have working to get hot food, fast service, or a good attitude. Majority of workers are high schoolers or older people.
Would think it would be better with the army base close. Drive a few minutes to the truck stop for the best McDonald's.
It’s a McDonald’s, you know what you’re going to get food-wise.
Management-wise, they seem to severely understaff their employees. I placed a mobile order for pickup 5 minutes before arriving to the restaurant, with the app seeing that I was on my way and notifying me that the restaurant would start preparing my order.
I had to wait over 15 minutes after getting to the restaurant to get my food. I’m so tired of these chains continually raising prices and then giving worse/slower service.

The big light skin girl manager BEYOND rude. Alot of the workers know me but her attitude is straight up GARBAGE. Threw myfood in the bag and got shitty with me. You work at mcds girl as a manager coming from another manager LEARN RESPECT.
