Just got subs tonight August 22 there was a guy and a girl working they are awesome best customer service in a while did a great job

The female working there went out of her way .I went into this subway and asked if they have the nacho subway she said it's not until Monday. She made it anyway! By far one of the sweetest employees working at any subway. If more people like her work at subway or any other fast food chains. The service would be 1 000,000 000.00 times better experience.

If I could , I’d give zero stars .. I was passing thru and grabbed a 6” sub.. the lady was clearly bothered that I walked in ..when I saw the lack of meat on my sub I asked her if that’s all that goes on there? To which she replied “one scoop” so I said “did you even fill the scoop up because what tf ? Never again.. not that I am from the area but according to the other reviews -this is going to be your experience to should you go there! Look at my sub lol Disgusting and I’d love to see the scoop she measured with .. unfortunately the meat was in a little cup already pre measured so they don’t do it in front of you....yeah now I see why .. rude lady , tons of audacity

My God have never seen a lady so sour, terrible customer service. I just left and I’m scared to eat my food. No one force you to work at subway. Please staffs need to be a little nice.

They are doing a huge disservice to the people of bowling green and our military, they're sandwiches have alot less meat in them ,1 scoop per 6 inches from what the manager told me,, rotisserie chicken sandwich 6" 1 small scoop of meat.. good bye subway no more.!!

My wife ordered on the app, but was told that they never received it. Even though they debited the amount from our bank account! When she spoke to a manager, he called her a thief even though she showed them where took money from us!!! We’ve been long time customers at this location but we won’t ever go back and I don’t recommend for anyone else to go there either! Unless you like liars and thieves, of course!!!

Workers were texting and didn't seem to care, almost walked on the order since it seemed like such an inconvenience for them to make it.We were rushed and made to feel like it was past close or something at only 5pm. Not a pleasant experience.I'd recommend the other Subway by 95.

I’m a DoorDasher. They messed up 3 consecutive orders and each time I returned to have it corrected, they said it wasn’t their problem. Very nasty approach to resolving problems with their paying customers. Had to get DoorDash involved to call them and have my orders remade. Poor customer service and their reviews reflect it.

Bought a couple of rotisserie chicken salads this afternoon. Drove home so we could eat them, open it up and no meat at all in it. Also some other stuff I ordered was missing from the salads. I understand about supply chain issues, the person that prepared this, could of let my husband and I know what is going on, gave us other options but they did not. Will not be buying from there again.
