The staff at Mix House Coffee Shop in Bowling Green, VA, are super nice, making every visit pleasant. The place is spotless with quick service. I tried the candy cane latte and a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit - both were absolutely divine. The atmosphere is soothing, with ample seating on sofas, chairs, and tables. Parking is convenient both on Main Street and behind the building. Everything is freshly baked in-house. Highly recommend!

Staff was friendly, I wish they carried hazelnut but the toffee nut was close enough. They also had a decent selection of premium coffee beans to purchase for us espresso at home lovers

Had a hot chai latte and a caramel Matanuska. Holy smokes that Matanuska is delicious. It’s like a frozen coffee milkshake thing (this doesn’t do it justice at all) and is highly delicious. Definitely recommend swinging by. Never had something like that before in the lower 48. I will definitely make this a future stop for coffee.

Cute little coffee shop and the staff was so nice but this was not good at all. The coffee taste like syrup and they were sold out of the breakfast sandwiches.The bakery has nothing but cookies and pumpkin bread.Not what I expected visiting Virginia. 😢

I'm a big fan of coffee and coffee houses, and have coffee equipment that seriously costs more that a lot of cars, and today my own beans... but even so my wife and I literally drive half an hour each way to go to this one every week or so.
I'm an unflavored latte or cortado guy, but my wife really likes their mixed drinks too .. and their coffee is good enough that they don't need to be drowned in sugar to be delicious (unlike certain coffee houses with green logos from Seattle that I won't mention.). Definitely try it?

They have some of these extra yummy cookies that are gluten free. I can't remember for sure but I think the box said they are macaroons. These are a cookie, normal size, light and airy. I thought macaroons were those tiny sandwich cookies with cream in the middle so i might be wrong about what they are called. They have coconut in them and I'm obsessed. I did not share them with my husband ?

Took my two toddlers with me to get some coffee and the staff was the sweetest!! Talked to my kids while I ordered and treated them so sweetly. I had the best latte I’ve ever had and the best chocolate chip cookies. There were so many places to sit and chill. I absolutely love this spot!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Customer service is fantastic. The white chocolate mocha is actually better than Starbucks, and it is a faimly run business that supports the community. Great place to get a cup of coffee, tea, and a treat and relax, read, converse, etc.

Parking: Street parking. If that is full, there is a lot on the other side of the street behind the hardware store. May need to drive around the block if busy.

I've been to lots of coffee shops and I was disappointed with the taste of the coffee here. We also had scones and the breakfast sandwich, which both did taste good.
