Refused to take our ice cream order from the counter. Manager stated I could only order ice cream from the drive through.
Drove over an hour to pick up an ice cream cake the person said was available with more in the freezer only to find out that was completely false. They didn't have ONE of the cake I requested. Was she sorry? Nope. Very frustrated. Why would you tell someone that if it weren't true? I feel like they should reimburse me for gas and time wasted.
