Literally the slowest Duncan operation anywhere for some reason their computer doesn't get a mobile order so if you need to order ahead give them at least 2 hours
New edit: I still go to this Dunkin reluctantly because it's near my house and on my way to work. I live about 10 minutes away and I usually put an order in right before I leave. Today when I arrived the coffee was sitting ready and food was still being made. The coffee was room temperature cold like it had been sitting there for 10 minutes. I dumped it out at the Handy Mart ( luckily it wasn't a specialty drink) and used to self serve because I'm not drinking cold coffee and they're so slow anyway if you complain it'll be even longer. Also, it's not like you can get them to acknowledge your presence anyway, they tend to avoid eye contact. One lady did finally ask what I was waiting for because I'd been standing there for so long and I was the only one in the store; it just got too awkward for her to not do her job. The food was at least another 10 minutes. These employees seriously need some better training on coffee shop / restaurant service basics, you don't make a hot drink (especially a simple one) and let it sit for 20 minutes while the food is still being prepared that's just common sense.

This is a joint Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins. There is no longer counter service, at least at the time I was there. They have 'kiosk' ordering, but I saw no options for ice cream. The ice cream has always been good, but the donut selection is meh, and only fresh in the morning.

Went to get a dozen donuts this morning. I ordered on the kiosk, and while there is a receipt printer on the kiosk, nothing was printed or dispensed. I waited for some time, and the person who prepared the hot food eventually asked if I was waiting for something. I told her the dozen I had ordered on the kiosk, to which she responded that the counter section handled that. One of the other employees then asked what I needed, to which I responded, the donuts I'd ordered on the kiosk. Her response was surprising, "we don't get those," referring to the kiosk orders. So, at this point, I have to ask, why do they have donut ordering on the kiosk? Then she proceeded to get the box and asked what I wanted. I picked two from the front case and then asked for the next type. At this point, she starts openly showing her annoyance as she has to go to the drive-through donut rack. From that point forward, she clearly showed how off-putting having to do her job was. I can only assume that it must be very difficult to find employees, as I would not employ anyone who acted in that manner to customers. I'm never going back to this location and recommend avoiding it if at all possible.

I stopped by Monday morning. Picked up 3 caramel macchiatos for me and and 2 employees. And also 3 donuts. All 3 of us got sick!! The coffee did not taste like caramel macchiato at all and the milk was bad. Drowsy, belly pain and throw up all day. Trying calling manager but not in.

This used to be my favorite Dunkin to go to because they had some amazing people that work there that actually wanted to help their customers. Now all that works there is a bunch of kids who don’t want to do their job and rude and nasty to customers and wonder why customers are rude to them. There is no reason that you should sit in a drive-through line or inside line for over 10 minutes without the line moving at all.

Don’t bother wasting your time here. Never know when they are open or not. The service is always questionable. Typical run business in Clarke county.

Went to get iced coffee and hot coffee along with an unsweetened tea. Waited in line for 25 mins. Iced coffee was made totally wrong. And was told they had no tea because noone there knew how to make tea. When I know for a fact there was one there that knew how to make tea. This place has really went down hill and upper management doesn't care. Very poor service.

Worst customer service. These two girls working on Tuesday around 3pm had the worst customer skills I’ve had in a long time. Had to even wait for one girl to finish chewing the food in her mouth before she could help us. I’ll drive further up the road for ice cream next time where my business is expected.

Actually I think it's worse. I turned my car off three times waiting to go through the drive-thru. It took forever to make a simple coffee drink and while I waited I could hear employees goofing off, laughing and cussing. When I finally got my drink I was asked if it was mine with no apology for the wait. I've run out of tries for this location. They need to hire more responsible and mature staff.
