Good service. Good atmosphere, despite a shortage of Latinos on staff.I ate the Quesa Birria Tacos, to which I added guacamole. Excellent! Most menu items are a bit pricey. My soda was $3.65. I think most entrees cost about $1-$3 more than most Mexican restaurants. This cost a star for my overall rating. If you use a credit card to pay, they charge a $1.00 convenience fee.

We were on the way to NC where we live and got off the exit to go to the shell across the street from here. Wanted some tacos so ended up going across the street to El Huasteco and let me tell you this place was delicious! I had the Birria tacos (as you can see I had already took a bite) and my husband had 3 hard tacos when they say ground beef they not talking about hamburger, it's actual chopped up really fine beef which was delicious It was very flavourful, hot, and the restaurant was clean and very nice atmosphere. We were very happy with what we got. I also had a agua de horchata and it was huge.If you want a good place to eat this is it! My husband and I will be making that 2 hour trip to come here him and I.

The service is not so good, the waitress arrived in a hurry and if we didn't ask who was taking the order, they wouldn't take it, we had to ask for our drinks and food 7/10

Average texmex, but the hidden charges mean I will never go back. Nothing was mentioned for the extra charges for a frozen margarita (which is served in a regular glass, too cheap for a proper one) nor was anything mentioned for the convenience charge. While I can live with both, the false advertising on the price tells me they hate their customers.Overall, service was great, food was average, and the margarita had no alcohol. Even my GF that's allergic, couldn't taste any alcohol. Places like this are the reason I hate eating out in the US anymore. Most want to screw you every way they can when it's just at/below average.Parking: Plenty of parking.

This is our standard go-to when we're too tired to cook. People are great, food is consistently good and it's reasonably priced .

A solid "just okay." My son and I ordered a combination plate to share, which had a taco, tostada, enchilada, chile relleno, rice, and beans. The beans and rice were delicious (but you really have to work to mess those up). The other items were good, however, they all had just ground beef in them, not seasoned. I would suggest that they change it up a bit. The enchilada sauce was yummy!

Paid $19 For five enchiladas thinking that rice and beans would be with it. And left a tip.. they need to go ahead and let people know because most people that come from a place where good Mexican food is served they give you rice and beans. A waste of $19 actually 25.

My favorite place to eat I love Mexican food and the make my taste buds go
Excellent service, food, and drinks. Salsa was on point and the bartender makes perfect Long Islands. They also serve cactus as a side. We got there pretty early for dinner, but by the time we left, the parking lot was packed!
