I ordered a mediocre waffle served with canned strawberry topping. My dad ordered the exhaustingly-titled maple butter chicken waffle taco, which came flat on a plate, not in the advertised taco form. Our server only spoke two words to us, and the bathroom signs are sexist (football player and cheerleader themed). The one positive thing about the visit was the bathroom hand dryers, which my dad claimed made his hand skin flap around.

Edit: Seems to be the same generic response from the “owner”. No accountability for anything it seems. If you truly wanted to improve you would reach out to the customer for a personalized response.
Absolutely the worst experience here. We were a party of 9 and waited OVER an hour and 15 minutes for breakfast food. Nothing fancy, simple breakfast food. We witnessed other groups sitting down well after we came in getting their food long before us. There was no concern over attending to us or speeding the food up. Complete waste of time and money. We will tell all of our local friends to frequent other places that care about their customers more.
