More than once this has happened. Called and placed an order was told 30 minutes and it would be ready. Gave it 45 minutes to be safe. Get there and see 5 people waiting for their food, waited another 10 minutes before employee came to the front. Asked if my order was ready and told he hasn't started. Asked how much longer it would be, told 2 order to do before he starts mine. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. 1 guy working doing everything he can to keep uo but when someone places an order and you know you have alot of orders before give a better estimate so they can choose to go elsewhere before driving to bracey.

Worst experience at a Papa John’s and refuse to go back after trying them twice. Pizza tasted like a greasy piece of cardboard with fake cheese…gross. Customer non-service too, not nice. Don’t honor the national chain coupons either.

Their website lies. It says they are open til 9:10 on the weekend and 8:10 week nights. It also does not tell they quit taking orders at 10 minutes before the hour. They need to update that. My order was cancelled because it arrived there at 7:52 on a night that they should be open until 9:10.

My pizza was still raw when I took it home and it fell apart so much that I couldn’t eat it. I also ordered the bacon stuffed cheese bread and only received regular cheese bread.

We were told food would be done in 15 mins it was more like 30 mins. The pizza was so thin it didn't hold any toppings the grease went through the box on my boyfriend's shirt and all over the back seat of the car. The garlic knots were the size of a quarter smh terrible food and terrible service.

Terrible treatment here. Worker threw away our pizza, voided receipt (time stamped 8:50pm) We arrive at 8:58. Worker cusses at us (in front of our 4 yr old child) and tells us about her long workday, and how she gets off at 9, when we ask for the reasoning of throwing our pizza away. Customers beware of ordering at this location.
