Very disappointing as the service we received was disrespectful and disappointing. We order twice in to weeks (10 pies, 4 orders of wings, and cheese bread). On our first experience the food was good, though the service seem crude, our second order was because of the pizza was good though the service was terrible and disrespectful this time. So bad that after spending over $300 and leaving a respectful tip we can't see patronize this establishment again. No one should treat a customer in this manner!!

This place has been poorly managed for years. If you order delivery, you may get your pizza in less than two hours. Maybe not. It will arrive cold and greasy. If you call about the delay, the poorly trained employees will have no justification for the delay other than the Management's failure to plan for busy times. They will get frustrated and hang up because they don't know how to deal with customers other than taking their money. The ONLY benefit of this place is that they deliver where LKG pizza will not. Save yourself the hassle and just order from LKG pizza in the first place.

We went camping and happened to stumble on this place out of sheer luck and proximity. So glad we did, it was delicious! Their unique crust shape was fresh and surprisingly tasty, not too big or wasting in valuable topping space, the staff was super nice, and their clean indoor eating space was only outdone by their tidy and convenient outdoor seating, meaning our pups got to hang out too. I was initially unimpressed by the outdoor signage that made it look like any other pizza place, but it was such a yummy gem, worth the same $$ we would’ve spent at a chain for bland alternatives. We had the white pizza, no modifications, and cheesy garlic knots, and we will absolutely be talking about the “Top It in VA pizza” for a while!

I placed an order online that never showed up. I tried calling the establishment multiple times and they never answered the call or reached out to me. I haven’t been refunded for my order either. I’ll need to reach out to local authorities to have situation handled.

I don’t know what it is, but this place has a super friendly atmosphere and makes really good friggin pizza.
Pizza wasn’t great. The staff was really nice. For a Sunday afternoon, not a single person in the building other than the workers. It makes sense though, the pizza really isn’t that good. It had higher ratings than the other places around here but idrk why. I’m not sure if I just got a bad pizza or what but it didn’t look anything like the pictures. Felt more like a school lunch pizza than anything.
