HORRIBLE!!! If I could give negative stars I would. From the moment we arrived, things were a mess. We asked to sit outside — only to be told the umbrella was broken. So we sat inside... and immediately noticed we were the only ones there. That should’ve been the first red flag. If a place is completely empty during peak hours on a Saturday, there’s probably a reason.
Then they brought out a high chair for my child that was absolutely disgusting. Caked-on food, grime — clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. How is that even acceptable in a restaurant?
I’m vegetarian, so I’m used to limited options, but this place had one vegetarian dish. Fine, I can work with that. I asked if they could make one of the cocktails into a mocktail. The answer? A flat-out NO. In 2025, most coffee shops can whip up a mocktail — but apparently not here. RIDICULOUS.
I ordered the prix fixe menu, which comes with a yogurt parfait and a bread basket as the starter. The waitress goes we don’t have the bread basket - but they could do just the yogurt. Mhmm ok so I asked if she could swap the missing bread basket for the Brie dip (one of only two other starters on the menu). She said sure.
Then she came back: “Actually, my manager said you can’t substitute the bread basket with the Brie unless you pay extra. Or you can do the Brie and skip the bread and yogurt.”
Excuse me?? They were out of the bread — and instead of making it right, they wanted to nickel-and-dime me over it? It’s not even about the extra cost — it’s the complete lack of hospitality, flexibility, and common sense.
At this point we said forget it and walked out!
I have NEVER in my life encountered a restaurant that treats customers this poorly or is so inflexible and stingy. Save your time, your money, and your patience. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

AhSo is one of those places you wish you could keep to yourself, but it’s too good not to share. The tasting menu is creative without being pretentious — every dish felt thoughtful and full of flavor. You can tell there’s real passion behind what comes out of the kitchen.
The cocktails are just as impressive, and the wine pairings really brought the whole meal together. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, perfect for a date night or catching up with friends over something special.
Every time I leave, I’m already thinking about when I can come back to see what’s new on the menu.

The restaurant's atmosphere is lovely, and the décor is absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious—each dish was clearly made with care and precision. The drinks were crafted perfectly and exceeded my expectations, pairing wonderfully with the food selections.
I would recommend adjusting the spacing between tables to create a more intimate dining experience. However, overall, the service was warm, attentive, and engaging. I thoroughly enjoyed everything I received and more.
Highly recommend!

What a beautiful experience
Pretty much everything we tried were the very first time having the mix of ingredients in a plate and yes... It worked deliciously right. The drinks paring suggested was on point. Can't wait to get back there and try some more.

Had an amazing milestone birthday celebration at Ahso with 8 friends in their private dining room! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The team was incredibly responsive and easy to work with during the planning process, and they were very accommodating when it came to decorating the space for our special occasion.
The food was delicious as usual - I love how they keep their offerings fresh with seasonal menu changes, so there's always something new to try alongside their consistently excellent dishes.
Throughout the evening, the staff and managers were attentive and professional, checking on our table regularly to make sure everything was perfect. S/O to Christian, Phil, Holly, & Bruno. Chef Jason even took the time to give us a warm personal farewell at the end of the night, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The private room was the perfect size for our group of 9 ladies, and the whole experience has me already thinking about hosting future events here. Highly recommend Ahso for anyone looking for excellent service, delicious food, and a great venue for celebrations!

I have been here several times, I've stopped in for birthdays, an anniversary, and a few impromptu date nights, and each time, I've been impressed by the food and service.
The menu changes with the seasons, which adds a nice variety to the menu.
Phil definitely knows what he's doing behind the bar and is a proper mixologist. I've tried several of his concoctions and have enjoyed each one of them!

Cozy date night with spectacular service. Everything we ordered was just great. You can't go wrong. That's the server. If you have any questions they're very helpful. You will need a reservation bt it's not a very big place

My family and I have been regular customers of Ahso since they first opened and have referred more family/friends than you can imagine. The food and drinks are always amazing and we love trying their new seasonal dishes.
However, after our visit yesterday, we left quite disappointed in the service. Our waiter and bartender seemed to not give us the same care and attention as other neighboring tables and we felt like we were being treated differently in a bad way. Not sure if it had to do with our race or if these were new staff because we usually have great service (especially from the few staff who recognize us as regulars), but after yesterday’s experience, we were left with a sour taste in our mouth.

Really great spot, one of the nicer sit down restaurants in Brambleton. Staff were wonderful. We ordered the goat cheese dip, branzino, pork chop, and split a bread pudding, all were excellent. Also worth mentioning the menu was clearly marked for nuts and other allergies. Will be coming back for brunch.

We had a tradition to come here for every birthday and special occasion but unfortunately this will be our last. Last two times where just not as good as it used to be, seems to be going downhill. Today was my son’s 11th birthday. We asked when we sat down if it’s possible for the kids to meet the Chef as they are aspiring chefs and love cooking. They said yes but at the end of our meal. The entire meal the kids talked about how excited they were to meet the Chef. At the end they said they are sorry but the Chef already left since he was done. They brought out a candle for my son but no dessert. They wanted us to buy a dessert and since we didn’t buy they brought nothing out complimentary which they always did for the birthday boy.
The food also has gone downhill the past two times. It was not as good as it used to be. They changed the menu a bit and portions got smaller. They were out of a lot of things, including buns for burgers for the kids. For $200 it was just not remarkable and I would expect more from a high end restaurant.
Great food, amazing bar. Cristian is the best

I took my parents for a chef's table dinner with Chef Jason and it was superb! Not only was the food/wine tremendous, but Chef is a lovely kind-hearted human who made my folks, who are in their 80s, feel right at home. This place is an absolute gem!

I really enjoyed Ahso and the food overall was really tasty. I might say the food portions are on the smaller side but the Seabass was delicious and all of our cocktails were really tasty. We had a larger family dinner and got to use their private dining area which was great.
