I’m originally from Virginia but currently live in Orlando, so Sweet Frog is always a treat since we don’t have any nearby. I stopped by this location on my way to the airport and ordered raspberry sorbet with pineapple Dole Whip, which is my usual go-to.

Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The fresh toppings should have been my first red flag , several appeared moldy. Despite that, I went ahead and paid for my cup. Once we pulled out of the parking area and I took my first bite, the flavor immediately tasted stale and off-putting. At first, I thought it might have been the sprinkles, but after a few more bites it was clear the sorbet itself was the issue.

The taste was stale and unpleasant , almost like an old pastry. I had others in my party try it, and they agreed. I ended up throwing it away, which was frustrating considering it cost $14. I went back to check my receipt to see if there was a survey or way to provide feedback, but then realized I wasn’t given one (which may have been an error on my part if it was supposed to be sent digitally).

Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt is always a treat! The store is clean, bright, and has a great selection of flavors and toppings. My personal favorite is the Irish Mint — smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The staff are friendly, and everything is always fresh and well-stocked. A perfect stop for a quick, delicious dessert.

Sweet Frog is very famous and very delicious 🤤 always a lot people coming my favourite food is here a lot of children coming every day parking is available i like it 🌹🌹🌹

Sour. $10 for a small cup. The cashier was also a bit cold.

My children love this place, they ask to go to it every night because if how good the flavors and toppings are. The service is quite amazing, and the floors and bathrooms are always clean! Good place to go if your in the Brambleton Town Center with your kids!

We always visit this location for frozen yogurt and we like it. This is our first time today that we’re told that we can’t pay with gift card if they are running promotion. It was never a problem before to pay with a gift card.

My 3yr old loves the options of frozen yogurt and toppings!

I called to see if they had strawberry fro yo and they said yes but when I got there they had no strawberry fro yo. The store is never clean and the workers get mad when I don’t tip them when they did nothing to help me this store sucks.

The place is very clean and exquisite, the service is also good but the problem is the food; they could have added other flavors to choose from for the Ice Cream.
