Bridgewater Coffee Shop has become a breeding ground for the most inconsiderate callous customer service I have ever experienced.As much as I like to support small businesses the standard at Bridgewater Coffee has dropped significantly.The shop itself has a very aesthetically pleasing setup, perfect for any occasion whether that is meeting with friends, studying, or simply getting a treat. It is also cost-efficient if you are on a budget.However, the pleasant atmosphere simply cannot make up for the careless customer service and blatant favoritism. I could excuse the carelessness if the shop had more customers, but the running theme here seems to be preferential treatment.It has become commonplace for the male friends of the staff to be openly favored. Despite ordering before the staff's friends their drinks are always made first which is rude especially while they chatter to one another, but it also doubles the expected wait time. I would forgive this if it was a one-time thing, but it has happened numerous times to not only myself but my friends.After experiencing numerous negative experiences it has completely killed what would be a positive atmosphere.

Warm welcoming atmosphere with plenty of smiles and laughter. Great coffee and although frozen, they even had a sweet gluten free treat available!Parking: Parking directly in front of the building.

The food and drinks were delicious but the place smelled like bacon and after leaving everything smelled like bacon. Backpacks, water bottles, all clothes worn, hair, skin. coated in a nasty lingering greasy bacon scent we cannot get rid of. not worth it.
Delicious breakfast!! Cute place! Loved the croissant, and tried the almond danish and can't decide which was better.

This is such a blessed relaxing place to visit that I can't even explain to you because workers are very welcoming and polite!Everything that is made here from the Menu is Beoynd Outstanding!!!May God bless everyone who comes here and works here in Jesus' Name Amen ?I highly recommend this place for everyone to visit!
