The bread was not cooked all the way, still doughy. Service was subpar, had to repeat myself 5 times that I wanted a 6 inch tuna on white bread, no cheese or anything else on it. She finally got it but then proceeded to squeeze the heck out of it. Put my sandwich and my son's in a bag and again proceeded to squeeze them. I have a picture of my pathetic sandwich that blends in with the paper since the bread was undercooked.

The lady that waited on us stepped away from making my daughters sub and sneezed in off to the side, never bothered to put her upper arm up to contain her sneeze or anything! Then she went to make me a foot long nacho thing, and she began laying my jalepenos on the cutting board. I asked nicely if she could wait until it came out and put them directly on the nachos, and she continued counting the Jalepenos and laying them on the cutting board. I told her I didn’t want my veggies laid on the cutting board, she then went to throw them back with the other jalepenos. Once the nachos came out of the toaster it looked like they caught fire, and I said, I’m sorry but I don’t want them done like that. She looked at the other girl and the other girl looked at me and said, tgats how they’re supposed to look. No honey, I don’t see one burnt chip in this picture. I’m sorry, but I don’t want my chips like that. She barely put any chicken on it, and it literally looked like the cheese and chips that were in it were burnt to the tray! I apologized to her and said, I’m not normally like this, but you’re doing weird stuff and I keep having to speak up and ask you not to do this or that, when nobody has ever made my food like that here before. Furthermore, my nachos have never came out looking charred and black before either. I’m appalled by this. Not that she was rude, but she made no effort to apologize or to try to make it right. She never offered to make them again or anything. So that was where my frustration came from. So I just let her ring up my daughters sub and we got that and left.

I have been ordering online with extra chicken and extra toasted with the lays and pepsi and they don't send the soda and chips when I called them to talk they just cut the call

A relative got subs. My chicken looked like the photo from another complaint a month ago. But the reason I even looked was because the sub tasted like floor or bathroom cleaner. The sub was returned and the response from the worker was "Not surprised, it was probably the daylight crew." This is pretty serious. My mouth was tingling. This county needs a health department to check restaurants. This one first.

For a store, they are good. The employees are nice and kind.

However, the franchise and the decision-makers behind the recent changes need to be reconsidered. The new salad format is frustrating—they no longer chop the ingredients, leaving you with huge chunks of spinach, tomatoes, and green peppers in a bowl that's too small to mix properly.

It's absurd that they're essentially selling whole vegetables at a premium, expecting customers to do the prep work. If I'm paying $10 for a salad, I expect it to be ready-to-eat, not a DIY project. I could buy and prepare the ingredients myself for much less.

Removing the option for pre-chopped salads entirely was a terrible decision. Not everyone wants to eat whole leaves like a cow.

The place is dirty. The guy who was making my sandwich didn’t change gloves for three sandwiches. The sandwich area was filthy. The other worker came out of the bathroom didn’t even wash his hands afterwards just rubbed off onto his jeans. This place went down hill rather go to John Wayland

Beware of their chicken. Chicken in my sub was not fully cooked. Inside was gray and dull. Would not recommended. Emailed management and they could care less. Not going back, not worth getting sick over a sub!
