The food was not prepared as asked. I had to get up three times during my meal to get things we needed for our table. It was so noisy in there, it was impossible to have a pleasant experience. You couldn't even have a conversation without yelling over the noise. Worst place ever. We will never go back.

I'm posting this about the Bristol location. There's a certain group of people who come in and sit at a bar table in the corner. I've seen this happen twice when they arrived orher customers had been seated at the table they like. Prior to receiving food the other customers have been asked to move to another table so this special group (they think they are )can have their regular table! I'm so upset that they let this happen especially management! I would have refused to leave the table if I was already seated. This is just ridiculous and I did make comments about it to our waitress and loud enough for the special group to hear. I never knew we could make people move at their table if we waited to sit there at Applebee's but they did last night and it's not the first time I've seen it. I may not ever go back.

I couldn't even hear myself think much less my hear my husband across the table. The waiter misheard me a couple of times also.
Inside it smells musty, like dirty carpet. The booths and tables need to be deep cleaned. Not a great ambiance at all!
Our waiter was really friendly and present. The food arrived quickly, and while it was hot, it just wasn't that great. I got fish and chips, and the fish was soggy on the inside. Some of the fries tasted weird, like cologne. Our total was $46, which was kinda ridiculous considering it wasn't that great. The only reason we decided to stop by was because we had a gift card.
We probably won't be back anytime soon.

I paid for an extra topping on the side of shrimp and Parmesan sauce. Mind you, I paid almost $4 for the topping. The extra topping did not arrive on my steak nor on the side. When I seen my shrimp and Parmesan sirloin, the Parmesan sauce was pretty much in a brick still cold. I ordered my steak medium and it came well done. The French onion soup was also lukewarm and had no flavor. Mind you, this had nothing to do with the door dash driver who delivered my order. As soon as the order was marked done, my food was picked up and immediately brought to my door. My children’s pizza was also mediocre at best and all the fries were cold and not crispy/soggy. You guys really need to hire some new cooks after seeing the other reviews and also inspect the food to make sure it’s of quality before being sent out. Because this meal was pretty much $60. I hate to say I won’t be back until food is cooked properly and up to the standards of the prices.

Definitely go back. Two items offered for $9.99. Asian Salad with fried chicken and Big Cheeseburgers and fries. Both are delish. I would spend $9.99 at a fast food chain and better food!
Everything is really good here. It took a little longer to get waited on than normal is why I put 4 🌟 on the service but I believe it was only bc I was sitting in the bar area at the high top tables and they were busy in there. Once they came though it was great.

Applebees is so underrated! The wait is hardly ever long, if there even is a wait. The food is reasonably priced and everything I’ve had has always tasted amazing. Our waitress was extremely attentive. It offered a very nice family atmosphere.
My daughter got a pizza and I will say this was one of the only exceptions for tasting good. However, it’s Applebees, they’re not known for their pizza, so don’t let that deter you from going here! If you’re thinking of pizza, I’d suggest going to a pizza place!

For reference this is for a ToGo order! Was told to arrive by 6:08 and food would be ready, had to wait an additional 30 minutes for food that was wrong. Missing spinach dip with appetizer platter, missing shrimp with steak. Steak was cooked wrong. Overall not a good experience with takeout.
