I've gave this location 2 chances within the last month. First time food took a significant amount of time to come out and server wasn't that great BUT the food was edible. The second time though...I can gag just thinking about it. I ordered a salad with ranch and something was wrong with this ranch. I took a bite and pulled something out I still don't know what it was after looking at it. Now I honestly feel sick and have been in the bathroom.
This location is super unhygienic and a health hazard.

The food was fairly decent. It like the combination of it a little bit but it was good. Prices wasn't too bad but the one server that I had at this particular time wasn't very good

Unfortunately this place is very hit or miss when it comes to food & service. I went in Monday night & ordered the new grill cheese sandwich, wasn’t my fave so I sent it back trying to like it but I just couldn’t. I let the server know & told her in the process that I would take some chicken tenders in place of, I mean who messes up tenders right??? Well I was wrong & received tenders that were hard & obviously old .i sent them back telling her never mind I’ll be ok, she then proceeeded to drop out check off & refused to come back over to the table & instead sent the manager over to finish up for her! Def a horrible experience that all could’ve been avoided & I’m so disappointed in how I was treated by the staff here!
I’m not sure why the Bristol location is still open. My husband and I just went to the Bristol location with a friend and sat there for 15 minutes before we decided to get up and walk out. Not one person came to our table to greet us. Not one drink order was taken. NOTHING!! Multiple staff members walked by and not a word was said. Would look away and keep walking. I have worked in the food industry and been a server myself and I can promise that’s not the way you do it! Absolutely disgusted and won’t be back.

The atmosphere at this Applebee's is great, warm, homey and all around friendly people. Cory Q, is an excellent, waitress. Very professional yet friendly who goes beyond her duty to make you feel like you are her only customer among all the others. She actually listens to your requests and goes about making them happen. Thank you Cory for your excellent and friendly service.

The food was not prepared as asked. I had to get up three times during my meal to get things we needed for our table. It was so noisy in there, it was impossible to have a pleasant experience. You couldn't even have a conversation without yelling over the noise. Worst place ever. We will never go back.
