Went through the drive thru and ordered a classic roast beef combo large sized. A 3 piece chicken tenders with jalapeno bites instead of fries and a large tea. They gave me a medium drink I corrected them on that but I didn't check the fries. They gave a medium fry. After I told them twice to large size the meal they still didn't do what was asked. They gave me curly fries and 5 chicken tenders even though the receipt shows 3 tenders and jalapeno bites. They did get the large tea correct. If they had been busy it would have been understandable for them to make mistakes but when there were only 3 cars in the drive thru and a couple of people already eating inside it is a little ridiculous. The people taking the orders need to listen and the ones filling the orders need to read more closely.

Arby's had great food and expensive options, but the company likes to hire the worse staff and not pay enough to keep the good employees so the general feel at Arby's is broken.

The food is always excellent never had a problem with the food but they are the stingiest company when it comes to sauces I asked for the max amount I was allowed to have with my large order of curly fries in my roast beef sandwich and they gave me two. I offered to pay extra and they still only gave me two I was very kind and nice. It's so absurd that they won't give me more than that or let me pay for what I want
