I love Arby's. The crinkle fries are the best fries, the roast beef is always good. BUT, today I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. It was terrible. The chicken was a tiny patty, smaller than the bun and about as thick as the straw they gave me for the drink. I won't be ordering that again.

Drive thru cashier was the rudest person I believe i have ever seen at this location when asking for extra condiments she closed the window in my face and walks away till I exited the drive thru! People that don’t like there job should find one more suitable for them out of the public eye!

Just dined in and ordered a French dip combo. Was easily one of the best sandwiches ive ever had from arbys. Roast beef was shaved very thin like it should be, and sandwich was carefully put together. Not thrown together like it usually is from other locations. Au jus was thick and stuck to the sandwich, and fries were hot and fresh. Whenever im in the area ill definitely be eating at this arbys again ! Wish all locations were this nice.

Staff is rude and always gets the orders wrong. Terrible slow service. Never seen a team of employees so completely miserable, rude, and unfathomably incompetent and incapable of the simplest tasks. I got the Mac and cheese steak bites bowl today. They gave it to me disassembled and each ingredient was n smallest portion imaginable, it barely covered the bottom of the bowl which isn’t at all what’s advertised. And the bowl was dirty. And when I asked them about it I received a sorry explanation from a rude woman. And for the price I could’ve had a nice meal at a sit down restaurant with better food, acceptable serving sizes, and a more competent less miserable staff.

The food was not good and the shake was supposed to be apple pie didn’t taste like it at all and the people were rude and the buns was burnt so was the meat on it and the Mac an cheese was not good and paid $40 for just 2 people and was not worth but $5 not good at all

There were only two employees there working, there were customers in the drive-thru waiting for food, there were other customers with us in the lobby waiting for food, and we were told it would be about 10 minutes before we could place our order, so we left.

Everything was great. Food, people, atmosphere. However, first time my mom and I have been to Arby's in about 3 years. We both had to run to the bathroom an hour after we ate. So....I may try it again or I may not?

Stopped to get the loaded Italian subs (2) among several other sandwiches and was told they only had 1 Italian left for the night. It was 7:30 on a Saturday night. Needless to say they lost about a 50.00 order.
Got chicken sandwiches and took them home and they were not edible. The chicken was so dried up, you couldn't chew them or eat them.

Suggest going someplace else if you’re going after 10pm. Half the food was not able to be served guess they sold out? The food we did get was good but missed the mark, no jalapeños on a slider I guess I just ordered miniature roast beef sandwiches?
