Suggest going someplace else if you’re going after 10pm. Half the food was not able to be served guess they sold out? The food we did get was good but missed the mark, no jalapeños on a slider I guess I just ordered miniature roast beef sandwiches?

Not great. My food was severely overcooked and the worker at the drive thru was kinda rude. Also the drive thru speaker wasn't working very well so I could hardly hear the worker speaking and the worker could hardly hear me.

When ordering the cashier said she got everything we were mentioning. Got to the window and she didnt even ring up the sandwich or the potato cakes. Had to go through the drive through again. Fries were cold. Will not be coming back to this location again. We will go to the others available in the region. For the price of their food, it should be correctly input and fresh.
This is about the worst place in America to stop and eat, especially if you are ethnic. I visited there a couple days ago and a worker told another worker,,”them Ju-Ju’s done made you scared! Look at you scared of them Ju-Ju’s.” He said this three times. This was after I placed my order for a burger meal. I finally asked him what he said about me. He acted like I wasn’t standing there asking him a question. I then asked his coworker what he said about me, she says “oh he’s was talking to me”. I asked the cashier for a refund. She said ok let me ask the manager. The manager came out and asked how could she help me. I told her I wanted my refund, she proceeded to give me the refund and asked why I wanted it and I told her exactly what happened and that I wanted a refund. She told the man to cancel the burger order and meet her in the office, then apologized for what we had to be subject to. This day in time, there are still people who yet choose to represent companies in the worst way. Arby’s has put a very bad taste in my mouth. Racial discrimination and racism is not tolerated by me or anyone that looks like me. Unbelievable and very unfortunate! I felt very afraid staying in that area any longer. This has really put things in perspective as it relates to how stuck America is as a nation when prejudice towards people of color is still a stumbling block to progression. Sad day in this day and time!

This Arby's is amazing, I love them potato cakes and 2 for 7 ham and Swiss melts, I don't care if the sake of over. I need them.

If I could give a zero I would❤️ We are from out of state visiting and I should’ve read the reviews before coming here. We pulled in at 11:45 behind another customer and our order was taken or so we thought. The lady proceeded to hand the other customer their food and they drove off. The lady then stopped answering the speaker after my husband said “hello” several times. They then proceeded to turn the lights off and just close the store. After 15 minutes of our time being completely wasted we left. Wouldn’t recommend the shirt service to my worst enemy!

The fries were Cold. The drive thru cashier was very rude. She didn't even speak to us. She handed our bag and walked off. They forgot my cheese sauce I paid for, and it was 15 min til they closed and they wouldn't come back to the window or answer the phone. Definitely never going there again. Horrible horrible experience.
