The Italian sub was out of this world. Bursting with flavor /accentuated in such a way with the ingredients giving a unique taste & texture ..I truly cant explain it. This restaurant also offers various craft beer exclusively. This establishment was founded by a lady who lived in my former old neighborhood growing up about five miles away from this restaurant. Her son/ my classmate tragically died in an automobile accident when only 17 years old in 1979. She is gone now as well but part of her legacy lives on with this wonderful place. The sports memorabilia was very interesting especially with the emphasis on local schools. Keep in mind they automatically charge a 15% gratuity. I didn't notice this until I paid bill/left a tip.

First time visit. We walked in they were busy and we were told 45 min for pickup. At 30 min our pizza came. It would be nice if they would put more toppings on as we had 2/6 slices with no toppings at all. 5/10 on taste.

Paid $27 for a pizza that was the most under cooked, lousy, sloppy, wet pizza Iāve ever had. Went to pick up a slice and the bottom of the pizza was wet and doughy, all the toppings fell off. I took the pizza back in, they remade one and I checked it when I got in my car and it was exactly the same. Worst pizza place Iāve ever been. If you like soggy wet pizza this is the place to go. I strongly do not recommend this place as I will NEVER eat here again.

We went to Bella's to purchase some wings. While we waited, we couldn't help notice the aroma of the pizza. When we watched them take the pizza out of the oven, they looked the best we had ever seen. So, of course we ended up getting a pizza as well. OMG! What a treat. Both were wonderful. Fresh ingredients and a touch of magic on the pizza. It must have been because we had never had a pizza like this. Be smart and give them a go, you won't be disappointed.
I wish they had large cups I normally get mine to go so I canāt refill my cup. They have the BEST sweet tea so I have to buy a half gallon but itās a little high for both just for sweet tea. I love the welcoming service when you walk through the door, everyone is so friendly.

I ordered a large (16ā) pizza and received a pizza that was (13) and the medium is (14ā) I measured it because I thought maybe they just gave me the wrong one and that it would clear up any confusion of me being a picky customer. I walked in and when I bring the pizza several people are laughing saying ā you the one who measured the pizzaā including the girl at the register, the man who I would assume is the manager, and a man in the back. The man who is shorter and heavier with a beard in his late twenties then asks me to āget out my tape measureā in a very rude sarcastic way, I tell him all I have is a picture and he said heās gonna go get his laughing and again being rude. Lays my pizza out and is gone for about two minutes. Iām getting some dirty looks and some of the other employees went back with him and they began laughing. He comes back and says you want me to make a large or a personal pan being hateful again. At this point I was ready to leave I very kindly told him what was easiest for him I would take. When my personal pan was finished he finally closed my box on the other pizza which was very cold called out my name and handed them to me, without an apology or acknowledging the inconvenience. This place has gotten a lot of my business before I moved to Johnson City for a while. Iām not sure why he felt the need to be so upset over a mistake they made, but because of how rude the entire staff was I will never be back. Instead of mocking and being hateful to loyal customers treat them with kindness. I will be spreading the word to absolutely NOT go to Bellaās of Bristol. Worst customer service Iāve ever experienced.

I ordered a 16ā pizza when I got home it looked small and I thought maybe they had given me the wrong pizza because there was no sticker or name. I measured it and it was 13ā so I figured they gave me someoneās medium because they are 14ā. I called them and they told them about my pizza and they told me to bring it in and theyād figure it out. As soon as I walk in they start asking ā is that the guy that actually measured his pizzaā while laughing at me. The man who I assume is the manager ( he was about 5ā6 -5ā8 and 270-300 lbs mid twenties or early thirties) asks to see my pizza and then rudely said weāll go ahead and get out your tape because I think thatās 16ā , I said I didnāt bring it then I offered to show this picture and he said no Iāll measure it in a hateful and rude tone. Several minutes passed by they were all in the back laughing at it and I got some mean looks, he came back and said I can make you a personal pan or another large, I told him whatever he preferred I didnāt mind. My pizza is still open in the back the entire time and got cold he didnāt try to heat it up or anything yelled my last name once the personal pan was done and didnāt offer an apology or sorry for the inconvenience he just walked off shaking his head. Very rude and sad, this was my favorite pizza place growing up and the only complaint Iāve ever had, but the rude service and underwhelming pizza I will not be returning. I hope the man that was so rude learns to treat people with respect instead of mocking them with the other workers and being incredibly rude before that once wonderful pizza place is ran into the ground.

This place is such a joke! We paid $22 for a large pizza that was supposed to be 16ā. We pick our pizza up and itās the size of the small. After having to drive back to the restaurant the only resolution offered was to heat this pizza back up and add a personal pan sized pizza!! Absolutely ridiculous. Never visiting this place again.
