We’re a Brazilian family who really knows good açaí — and Blended Pedaler totally blew us away! Honestly, it's one of the best açaí bowls we’ve had (not just in the U.S.!). The flavor, texture, and quality are on point and took us straight back to Brazil. They even have different base options like cacao and passion fruit — so good! If you’re in the Tri-Cities and love açaí (or want to try the real deal), this is the spot.

My first experience with AÇAÍ BOWL in Kingsport today . It was very good but I was disappointed they left off my Almond butter. 16oz is around $17, need to lower these prices. That’s very pricey.
Don’t be in a hurry , it’s a very slow process. But overall it was delish

We were there at 1:07pm on Sunday and my wife went to order. She walked up to the cashier Shelby and Shelby just sat there for about 30 seconds playing on her phone while my wife waited for her to finally look up. At the end of the order, we waited for our order to be called out but it wasn't. So it sat there at the counter longer until I went up to ask if it was our order as other customers behind us were getting their order. We also ordered a 24 oz berry chocolate but we believe they gave us a 16oz size. We asked the guy if it was 24oz and he said yes but it looked smaller when we poured our 16 oz water bottle in it. Our water bottle filled the cup. Yet, my wife still gave a tip on the sale at the time of purchase. Why? For below average service? The crew did not deserve a tip.

Love the ability to order ahead wish there was a pick up window but everything else is great!
I was craving something sweet, but filling, and the Blended Pedaler did not disappoint! The fruit toppings were perfectly ripe and fresh and the base was so refreshing! The bowl was an amazing mid-day treat prepared by a very friendly (and patient!) staff.

Got a Acai Berry Bowl with Blueberries, Bananas and strawberries. Portions were great and was absolutely delicious. I didn't dine in but staff was friendly and atmosphere was inviting.
