Never had a complaint. I love Blended Pedaler. However, today I was met with shortness, obvious unhappiness, and the product showed that. The base was ok but there was the smallest dollup of peanut butter and almond butter. The fruit was minimal. And they did not put almond slices. Definitely not worth the $11 each this time around.

Kingsport location does not add all of the ingredients into the bowl. They need to teach the employees what goes in each bowl. This is the 4th time this has happened since they have been opened.

Highly recommend their apple pie açaí bowl. Had it recently at the downtown Johnson City location and it was incredible. açaí, granola, cinnamon apples, bananas, & caramel. They also stated they have this bowl year round, not just in the fall.

we were at a busy football jamboree, the wait was unreal honestly.. I can understand waiting 15 minutes or so if they are backed up.. however, I waited like 40 minutes for one smoothie.. as soon as it came out of the truck, it was more like a warmish $13 milkshake. flavor was pretty good.. the peanut butter part of my strawberry banana smoothie was much stronger than the other flavors but it was hot out and I expected a refreshing, cold, fruity smoothie and it was everything but that. I had followed them for a while hoping to catch them as im never in bristol but unfortunately if I see them again, I will not waste my money. a friend also paid $45 for a few bowls and no one really liked them and most ended up wasted. unfortunately I do not recommend.

I love smoothie bowls, I chose to support this small business multiple times but the attitudes of the staff are very poor. I will not return for a while due to this fact. Java juice is right up the road less than a mile.

I went there to try something different and I was extremely satisfied and blown off my feet at how good The Pedalers Way bowl was. 20 mins later I came back with my son because he wanted one. Amazing! Hope to see you guys at Legends soon!

We’re a Brazilian family who really knows good açaí — and Blended Pedaler totally blew us away! Honestly, it's one of the best açaí bowls we’ve had (not just in the U.S.!). The flavor, texture, and quality are on point and took us straight back to Brazil. They even have different base options like cacao and passion fruit — so good! If you’re in the Tri-Cities and love açaí (or want to try the real deal), this is the spot.

My first experience with AÇAÍ BOWL in Kingsport today . It was very good but I was disappointed they left off my Almond butter. 16oz is around $17, need to lower these prices. That’s very pricey.
Don’t be in a hurry , it’s a very slow process. But overall it was delish

$16 for a cup is a little crazy, but then to have benches for outside eating but nowhere at all to park without having to cross Lee Hwy 5 lanes was crazier. We tried to park at the venue, was told to move by staff, tried to park across the street but that’s not available either The customer service was not friendly and I just regret my choice of coming here and spending that for what I got.
