I buy Bojangles chicken for my husband. Its way to spicy for my stomach. I wished they would serve a choice that' not so spicy for people that can't eat spicy foods.ALSO I HATE THE THE SPORKS YOU HAVE TO EAT WITH. SORRY EXCUSE FOR A FORK!!

Won't be back here until they pay someone to take my order. Line out to the road because you have to order through a automated system. Got my order wrong because you can't talk to a actual person.
Seemed like a very friendly place. Staff was nice and my biscuit was delicious. My order was togo and I was given no napkins

This is the second time i ordered extra gravy and didn't receive it and ive never called and complained until now. I didn't want a replacement i just wanted a manager to atleast address the issue so it didn't happen again. The lady that answered the phone said she was the supervisor. But then when i told her the issue she told me that the drive through supervisor was at the window and then asked her then she said it was fine. I asked twice when i gave my order for extra gravy on them. I even asked the lady at the window that's worked there years if she could make sure it had extra gravy. (They usually put writing on outside of gravy for extra gravy.) The lady at the window which i guess was the window manager just told me without even checking that it did. I got so mad i had to hang up. I can always go some where else and I will in the future!
