The manager probably would be better off running the entire store by herself without having to stop and explain every little thing like what size bag to put a biscuit in and how much a sleeve of cups cost like her employees actually care or understand. gone are the days of fast food being fast or cheap.

This was our first trip to Bojangles. The girl that took our order did a great job, got everything right. The lady who accumulated our order was super nice, but we were missing a few things. She was great when we brought it to her attention. The food itself was pretty good. The strawberry shortcake was delicious!

First time eating at a Bojangles. Blueberry waffles sandwiching a piece of chicken I seemed crazy, but it was good. But Stephanie was super nice when we told them it was our first time at Bojangles, and she kindly gave us more sauces and ranch to try! Have a blessed day!

I just left This Bojangles. It used to be my go to for breakfast until this morning. I saw the manager making food with her plastic gloves on, and then she came around out of the kitchen area to the register rung a gentleman up that had cash gave him his change, all still wearing the plastic gloves and then went back over to the food after handling dirty money and even let me know personally that she was making my sandwich and then once I saw her touch the food with those dirty plastic gloves after touching dirty money I said nope I will never go back

Ordered from drive through, food not ready was parked waiting. 10 minutes later employee brings food out and tells me “ sorry, we forgot about you” I found no napkins or straw in my bag. I go inside and ask for them, woman points around the corner and replies I’m sorry did we forget them too? I replied “ this is why I don’t eat here often “. Manager responded “ we can’t please everybody “. This is the kind of team I want working for me, said nobody.

Just went through the drive thru at 7:15 and they said they don’t open until 8 AM because of weather. It didn’t even snow yesterday. There were 4 people behind me in line so you guys just lost a lot if business by being lazy. I won’t be going back to this location.
