Went by the drive thru Wednesday and ordered a 12 piece bo bites and a mountain dew. Open it as I'm pulling from the window to see 9 pieces of cold bo bites. Went in and asked why that'd happen when I paid for a 12 piece and the lady at the counter was very polite and went to the cook....who lied and claimed he put a 12 piece in. Ended up getting a fresh 12 piece at no extra charge otherwise this would be one star. Cashier was great, cook was not.

The Cajun Filet sandwich was good. The fountain drinks were flat. I asked for different drinks. a young man said he was taking care of it, and it would be just a few minutes. We waited and waited. He did not change anything.
